About the home

The Aldea de Recreativa is a development situated in mature gardens with two swimming pools one with a paddling pool for small children. The grassed areas are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing with a good book.
There are lovely views of the surrounding area.
The apartment is on the first floor so some steps. It is ideal for family holidays.No Pets are allowed into the grounds. No Glasses are allowed to be used in the gardens or around the pools,use plastic or paper ect.
Parking is easy. Some shops and Bar/Restaurants are within walking distance.

Guests are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on day of departure,unless agreed otherwise with owner.
Towels are not provided.

Conditions

A deposit of 20% of total rental will secure a booking with the balance payable six weeks before rental begins.
A bond of £100.00p is required against any breakages,this will be repaid minus any charges.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

For the golfer there are several courses in the area,Denia,Javea and Calpe are a short drive away very good places to visit with beaches. The Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm is about 30mins drive away,also the hilltop village of Guadalest is well worth a visit. A drive into theJavea valley is a pleasant way of spending a few hours.You can climb Penon de Ifach at Calpe if you feel the need for exercise.

In July and August the max daily temp can reach approx 33c and in Dec,Jan and Feb it averages 16/17c the rest of the year it is Middle to High 20s.

The Moraira / Tabaira area

Moraira has two beutiful beaches and a large Marina.There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants for you to chose from. Plenty of shops if you need retail therapy,and a market every Friday.
Moraira has its fair share of fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Christians in June. People line the streets to watch the marching parades, listen to the bands, see the stunning, colourful costumes and generally have a good time. The firework displays are always excellent, and always very loud! The aqua firework display is beautiful, with fireworks being set off over Moraira's main beach

The nearest Airports are Alicante or Valencia the distance is almost the same from both Airports.Budget Airlines fly into both Airports from the UK.
For car hire i use Victoria Cars they are at both Airports. There are many other car hire companys which you can use if you wish.

“Great Family Holiday” We stayed here for two weeks in august 2012, we had a fantastic family holiday, kids loved the two pools and making friends, nice location,only a short drive from the main town and beaches. have booked to return in 2013
