This charming property is located on the hillside above Moraira, with superb panoramic sea views. Moraira is an exclusive, cosmopolitan town with many fine restaurants and beautiful shops. There is a lovely harbour where you can buy fresh fish daily, wonderful beaches, and numerous watersports. The area offers numerous eating options from classical Spanish restaurants to "cheap and cheerful" Chinese. A short drive along the coast is Calpe, famed for it's fishmans quay and abundant fish restaurants, huge shellfish platters and extremely reasonable prices.
This small community of attached properties is accessed by a private road, and parking is available directly outside the property. The entrance hall leads through double doors to a lovely lounge /diner with spectacular coastal views. There is satellite tv and a music system, ceiling fan and comfortable sofas. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is one double and one twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans, and a separate bathroom. From the dining area there are external steps which lead to the lower part of the house where you will find a lovely terrace and garden area with patio furniture and a bbq. Just a few metres from the front door is a well maintained communal pool where you can meet other residents, and the kids can make new friends.

The Moraira area
The property is located within easy driving distance of Calpe and Moraira, linked by one of the most beautiful roads on the Costa Blanca. Moraira is a sophisticated resort town offering gormet dining, designer shops, wonderful beaches and a lovely port area. Calpe is a larger more vibrant town, again with fabulous beaches and excellent seafood restaurants, a wealth of water sports, and the famous Peñon de Ifach rock.

Moriara is located around one hour from Alicante and Valencia airports. both are served by budget airlines flying from most of Europes major cities. Car hire is available from the airport and can be booked online. In the summer months availability of certain models is limited, and pre-booking is highly recommended.
