Beautiful private 10m x 5m pool with Roman Steps and slide, outside shower, sun loungers, Pergola and dining table with seating for upto 10 people. Gas Barbecue/oven. Basket Ball. The villa is set on 20,000m2 plot so there is plenty of open space around the property. Wonderful mountain views and sunsets.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. There is a Supermarket and highly recommended Restaurant, both within a 5 minute drive.
The accommodation is all one one level and the parking area has direct access to the villa. There are approx. 4 steps from the naya to the lovely pool area and flat garden.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required and will be reimbursed providing no damage is found or excessive cleaning is required.
Changeover days are flexible but it is requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

The Moraira area
The beach resort of Calpe is a 10 minute drive and the pretty resort of Moraira with its picturesque marina and clear shallow water is 15 minutes by car. The Blue Flag main sandy beach is ideal for families with young children. Cleaned daily and has lifeguards. Also the lovely El Portet beach, a smaller beach with shallow waters, safe bathing and beachside cafe bars is a 15 minute stroll from Moraira. Both Calpe and Moraira have an abundance of cafe bars and good quality restaurants. Javea Golf Club is a 30 min drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 15 minutes and there are other Golf complexes such as La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, Oliva Nova Golf and Benidorm, all an approx. 30 minute drive. Car hire is essential. There are many other interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular beach resorts of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast and the beautiful Jalon Valley is just a 20 minute drive inland from Pedramala.

Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive)and Valencia airport is 130km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Teulada, and the property is in the direction of Benimarco, just a 12 minute drive from the Tolls.
