This is a stunning spacious 4 bedroom villa wich has just undergone full refurbishment. Stands on two floors, enjoying panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa is equipped with state of the art technology making it a great holiday for families or friends enjoying the comforts of your own home. Comes with a full ararm system and electric gates making it extreamly safe for you to enjoy your holiday. You'll be able to swim in the pool, sun bath on one of the 2 terraces, relax around the pool area on the sun loungers, or enjoy the ouside bbq area and kitchen to entertain your guests!

The ground level consisits of 2 spacious double en-suite bedrooms with patio doors opening onto the lower terrace. The top floor has one double en-suite bedroom and a very large dormatry ideal for children with 3 single beds in it, again en-suite. All bathrooms have bath and shower. There is a further toilet/shower room for communal use or guests. The modern kitchen comes fully fitted including a dishwasher. The lounge and dining area are very spacious offering panoramic views. Contemporary longe with state of the art Bose sound system and plasma TV.There are patio doors leading out onto a top terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed!

Large illuminated pool and extensive patio, terrace areas, and gardens. Additional shower area next to pool. Ouside unercover fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and large bbq area including electric hot plate and separate hob. Perfect for entertaining in the hot summer months! Further details

A 25% deposit will be paid on booking the villa and the balnce will be due 10 weeks prior to your holiday along with a refundable damage retainer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The beautiful Costa Blanca is set along miles of white sandy beaches and beautiful bays with crystal clear blue waters of the med. The beaches along this coastal area are all blue flagged approved making it one of Spains most popular holiday destinations. As well as the lovely beaches, the region also offers great culture with spanish white washed villages full of history and tradition.

The Moraira / La Sabatera area

Moraira is a beautiful medium sized coastal town with a very cosmopolitan feel to it. Amoungst the narrow cobbled streets and old spanish buildings lie choices of restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. There is also a fairground to keep the children entertained. There are two beautiful beaches offering watersports and a very pretty harbour and club house.
