A beautiful villa which benefits from AIR CONDITIONING with superb views over the hills and backdrop of Moraira.The villa is in an ideal situation being close to the old fishing town of Moraira and with beaches,supermarket,golf,bars and restaurants nearby.The spacious villa has been totally refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms and is fitted and well furnished to a high standard.The villa has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people(plus cots) comfortably.It is set in a large plot with a well stocked and mature garden including orange and lemon trees and palms.There is ample terracing around the large private pool and BBQ area.There are 5 bedrooms,2 doubles,1 with en suite bathroom and 1 with en suite shower room also 3 twin bedrooms and family bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower room and a separate wc downstairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge/freezer and fan assisted oven.The villa also benefits from Satelite TV,DVD,CD player and fast INTERNET connection.The villa also boast CENTRAL HEATING for short or long winter lets.Long lets welcome price negotiable.Secure off road parking
