The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Located in San Jaime the best area in Moraira. Walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, golf course and local beach. Five minutes by car to town centre and two superb safe sandy beaches. Plenty of water sports available locally and lots of wonderful restaurants and typical spanish bars, serving tapas.
Thirty minutes from Benidorm for Aqualandia (Water Park) and Terra Mitica (Theme Park) and large shopping areas plus lots of Clubs for fun nightlife.

A non refunable deposit of £200 is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 8 weeks -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure day is any day Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am.

There is an extra charge of €200 per week for the heating of the pool

This villa was a great place to relax and unwind, this would definitely be what the Doctor would prescribe. The villa had been finished and furnished to a very high spec and matched the description 100%. We were glad we paid to have the pool heated during our stay as the weather did get a bit chilly sometimes, our boys were still able to entertain themselves in the pool.


"My children think this is their Spanish home" - clients who have been four times, and have booked for 2008

"It feels so homely, we like to stay in and cook - we haven't tried any restaurants yet" ! - clients who have been for two years, and are coming back in October 2008
