The apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large glassed terrace, solarium. There are a dining room table with chairs and a lounger in the terrace.
the main bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables and lamps.The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe. There are a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, DVD in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine.

The beautiful new apartment located in a modern residential complex Pueblo de la paz on the second floor near the town of Moraira. This apartment complex has one of the biggest swimming pool in the area, 4 courts and green areas. You can enjoy the beautiful sea views from the windows and glassed terrace. It is nesesary to have a car.
It is in 2 minuts by car you can get to the nearest sandy beach Cala Moraig, in 10 minuts to the beach of Moraira.
There are two shopping centre, bars, restorautes, farmacy, medical centre, dentist, english school “The Lady Elizabeth school” in the area of Cumbre del Sol.

From the motorway direction Valencia, you have to take exit number 63, follow direction Teulada, when you get Teulada, you have to pass through the main street with the flowers in the middle, when you get the end of this street, you have to take the direction Moraira, then on the roundabout with the big shop of ceramic and take direction Benitachell, you go straight ahead till the Mercadona Roundabout, where you take right, on the next small Roundabout you go left, and on the third Roundabout you go right and go straight ahead according the signs with Cumbre del Sol urbanization. This will take you up the hill. When you see on your left the office of VAPF, on the next roundabout you turn to the right and follow the sign with ADELFAS (comercial centre), in 2 minut you will pass the comercial centre los lirios in red color on your right, you have to go straight ahead, on the first turn, you turn right, before farmacy you turn right and then you will see the small roundabout you have to go on the street Madre Teresa, an the end of this street the green block of houses it is where apartment is.
