There is a large private terrace for eating and relaxing al fresco with absolutely stunning sea views. The apartment is well equipped and has been decorated with high quality furnishings and fittings.
It would suit families or couples who wish to explore the local area and enjoy the nearby beaches. It is also situated right next to the infinity pool complex.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's most popular coastal resorts and stretches for 100km along the east coast. Dramatic backdrops, cliffs and sandy coves along the north coast, whilst inland you will find picturesque villages with fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding orange, lemon and almond groves.
Take a trip to the beautiful and historical city of Valencia, Altea (an attractive unspoilt village) and Javea, known as the 'Pearl of the Costa Blanca' and one of the Mediterranean's most attractive sea ports. The Costa Blanca offers plently to do when it comes to leisure and sports activities a great selection of golf courses, miles of glorious sandy beaches, excellent food, an abundant choice of entertainment and year round sun!
The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol is set on the most elevated points of Benitatxell – strategically located in the heart of Marina Alta– from where beautiful panoramic views can be contemplated. It has Beaches and coves, green areas and parks, sports and leisure activities, first-class infrastructures, shopping centre, banks, a chemist shop, a health centre, all a few minutes drive from the apartment. The nearby Morach beach and the Los Arcos cave are famous for practicing diving. There are crystal clear waters and spectacularly beautiful settings. By the beach you ll find parking and 2 drinks and snacks stalls, along with hammocks, sun umbrellas, etc.
The beautiful town Moraira is just ten minutes drive away. Formerly a small fishing village (some of the old parts still remain) which has developed into a charming small town retaining a village atmosphere. Colourful streets, pavement cafes, a pretty marina, wide sandy beach, lively shopping area, including a couple of really good shoe shops and restaurants and bars (traditional Spanish & seafood through to pastas & pizzas).
Visit El Portet and watch the sun set behind the Penon de Ifach - a large column of rock rising from the sea.
Javea is a 15 mins drive, the nearest large town that has preserved all its charm with a great mix of old and new. Large, sandy beaches, an unspoilt old town, and a huge choice of restaurants.

Fly into either Alicante or Valencia Airports and the property is only 60-75 minutes away.

Further details indoors: The apartment consists of a lounge-diner with sofa, dining table and chairs, CD/radio player and TV with DVD player and plenty of DVDs. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven, hob and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one double with a KING-SIZE bed and sea views and one twin both with fully fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath and powerful shower over. The apartment has been completed and decorated with high quality furnishings and fittings.
There are a variety of DVDs, books, children's toys, and beach toys in the apartment for you to use.
The Kitchen has a wide range of co-ordinating crockery, utensils and dishes for those who wish to 'eat in'.
There is a local information book with helpful tips, restaurant recomendations and places to visit. This is left in the apartment for people to read and add their comments too.
There are electric oil heaters for the colder months.
Further details outdoors: There is a large private terrace, which has sun all day, with patio table and chairs for eating and relaxing al fresco. There are absolutely stunning panoramic sea views. There is an awning which part covers the terrace for essential shade in the midday sun. Use of the shared designer infinity 2 pool complex is included. Access to this is directly opposite the apartment front door, one of only 2 apartments in this position. There is lots of parking available.
