It is set in a very large, secluded plot and would make the perfect holiday location for those wanting total privacy. The finca sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, the master being downstairs with two further rooms, one double and one twin, upstairs. The finca has its own private swimming pool and, because of the size of the plot, there are many areas dotted around to relax and enjoy a book.
Finca Rustica offers the traveller the option of relaxation with mountain views or, for those wanting beaches, a stunning array of small bays and coves where you can enjoy the sparkling, crystal clear Mediterranean sea only a short drive away.

Finca Rustica is set in a plot of 9000 sq metres so once the gate is closed the property is totally secure and secluded.
The pool is 8 x 4 with Roman steps and, because the grounds are so large, there are plenty of different areas for relaxation.
Finca Rustica is located a short drive from the tolls at Benissa and, although the motorway can be viewed in the distance from parts of the garden, it will not impact on your holiday.

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros. On booking, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of 300 euros is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or execessive cleaning after your departure. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Welcome to this exciting and enchanting part of Spain. This region stretches from Valencia, the city that invented paella and is proud of it’s tapas, stages Las Fallas – Europe’s wildest spring festival – and is home to a 22nd-century city of Arts and Sciences, south to the city of Alicante, a bustling, bright port and holiday city with vibrant night life.
The coastline boasts some of the Spain’s finest beaches, as well as pleasant natural features such as La Albufera – a freshwater lake famous for it’s bird life, eels, flat bottomed boats and surrounding paella restaurants – and charming towns such as Altea – one of the prettiest little pueblos on the Valencian coastline – as well as the tourist Mecca of Benidorm with it’s superb beaches and fantastic nightlife.
Along the Costa Blanca, the White Coast – you will find some of Spain’s most popular beach resorts including Javea, Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Moraira, Altea, Benissa and Calpe offering great beaches, excellent sports activities, lovely marinas and fishing ports surrounded by restaurants and bars serving some of the best of Spain’s traditional cuisine.
The Moraira / Benissa area
Benissa is located towards the northern end of the Costa Blanca, just off the A-7 Motorway; the trip to and from Alicante or Valencia airports takes just over one hour. The town is small, but enchanting with its medieval architecture and charming plazas.
Although only 5 kilometres distance from the sea – as the crow flies, the nearest beaches by road are approximately 11 kilometres away and the seaside towns of Calpe (to the south) and Moraira (to the north east) are approximately 12 kilometres distance.

History
The historical part of Benissa is very well preserved and has maintained its medieval character with white walls, window grids, heraldic shields and flowers hanging from the balconies. Calle Desamparados is a very good example of the medieval character of the historic neighbourhood. When visiting Benissa, you must take
some time out to visit the lovely "Catedral de la Marina" (Marina Cathedral). Built in the neo-gothic style, the cathedral was only finished in the 20th Century. You should also visit the market on Saturday mornings to get your fresh fruit and vegetables!
Excursions
Places to visit include the picturesque town of Denia and the beachside towns of Javea, Moraira and Calpe. Terra Mitica (theme park) and Aqualandia (waterpark) are less than 30 minutes away, and is a fantastic day out for all the family.
For the independently minded, there are many miles of country road to explore inland, dotted with charming villages and historic towns. Just 10 minutes drive from the villa inland is the beautiful Jalon Valley - dotted with picturesque Spanish villages, surrounded with mountains.
Cuisine
The local cuisine is dominated by the bounties of the sea. Excellent rice dishes abound. However, in recent years many international establishments have opened up, offering more familiar fare for all international tastes.
During the high season there is a Red Cross post, plus rental of sun loungers and children’s activities to keep the little ones happy. The little beach of Cala Els Pinets is south-facing and made up of small pebbles. You can take part on an excursion from there (on foot) to a magic place called "Mar Morta i Roques Negres", which means Dead Sea and black stones
Cala Llobela is the smallest and most savage bay of them all; the pine trees reach right down to the sea and little pebbles form the beach. It’s an ideal place to practice water-sports, as well as simply basking in the sun.
The most important characteristic of the Cala Advocat beach is the breakwater, where you can moor your sailing boat. There is a small jetty used to anchor sailing boats along the beach. Fishing from the breakwater is very popular.
Climate
July and August are quite hot in Benissa, with the rest of the year being enjoyable mild. The area is ideal for holidays all year round.
