This beautiful 3 bedroom house is situated just outside Moraira in a quiet and private residential complex. Villa Verano has one bedroom with 2 single beds and adjoining shower room downstairs and one double master bedroom (with sunny terrace) and one bedroom with 2 single beds and full bathroom on the second floor. From the second floor the roof terrace can be accessed where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside. To the rear of the propery there is a very private courtyard in which to dine alfresco with the BBQ. There are two beautiful communal pools to choose from. Both of which are never busy and are set in landsaped gardens and are only a hop, skip and jump away. Very safe for children. If you are looking for an idyllic Mediterranean setting then look no further.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Villa Verano is situated on the beautiful white coast of Spain - half way between Valencia and Alicante. The delightful resorts of Moraira and Javea with their sandy beaches and port and marina facilities are 1 kilometer to Moraira and 10 minute drive to Javea away. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, including the beautiful villages of the Jalon Valley - where you can also try the local wine at the many bodegas. There are open mountain views from the villa, yet it is conveniently situated for all activities.
Moraira area
Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
Golf, tennis, riding, squash, water sports (including deep sea diving) and bowls are available in the area as well as numerous restaurants and bars. You can also find go-carting and discos nearby (but not within earshot of the villa!) Moraira has many sandy and rocky beaches with lifeguard facilities in season, snorkelling can be enjoyed all along the coast.
Moraira was a small, old, fishing village, situated on the Costa Blanca on the Meditteranian coast of Spain, halfway between Valencia and Alicante, now is has increased in size a great deal. It boasts the highest overall annual temperature in Spain and in the summer there is normally a pleasant sea breeze so that it does not get too hot. It has two main beaches (one called Playa el Portet and the other called Playa de L'Ampolla) which are sandy and clean. Playa de L'Ampola has a stream running down it's side which is pleasantly challenging to dam but not impossible. The sea is clean and it is possible to spot many different fish with a snorkel. In the summer the sea is usually calm but in winter huge waves have been known to lash the coast. There is an attractive harbour with many luxurious yachts and some fishing boats too. There are also many lovely walkways and garden areas with fountains, tropical trees etc.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Valencia. It takes around a hour from both airports to Moriara. Take advantage of the budget airlines which fly every day of the week.

From April the weather begins to warm up nicely with July and August being the hottest. The temperature is still very warm until the end of October. The winters are very mild and this year in February and March we have experienced up to 25 degrees. Making Spain a good all year round holiday choice .

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental price is required at time of booking. The final rental balance plus a security deposit of £200 (to cover damage to the property and its contents) is payable not less than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period.
There is a £40 final clean charge for the villa and a £8.50 per person charge for laundry.
