The beautiful house is nestled on the southern slope of a mountain, just 1.4 km from Teulada, a small mountain village. From the terrace you enjoy great views across the hills to the sea and fantastic sunsets. The property has 1700qm with almond trees, pine trees, figs, flowers, a new private pool and an own little hill.
The house, 80 qm, has a car port, 1 very quiet bedroom with a king size bed to the mountain side, 2 quiet bedrooms to the valley side ( 1 king size bed and air condition and 1 single bed), a bathroom with shower, a nicely decorated living room with fireplace, Sat TV and air-conditioning (warm/cold), a dining room with air condition, and a well equipped kitchen. A washer is in the outdoor shed. On the large terrace you find a barbecue area , an outside shower and enough place to relax and to listen to the birds. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Teulada area is the greenest region between Valencia and Alicante. Within 10 minutes drive you can reach all kinds of beaches to swim, snorkel or just relax on a large sandy beach with restaurants and play areas. There are 5 golf courses close by, horse riding, go karts, walking, cycling and climbing is possible, too.
Buy your fresh vegetables in Teulada on the Wednesday market. A wholesale fish auction takes place in Moraira on the quayside and there are two fishmongers selling freshly-caught fish.The climate is sunny all year round.
Moraira / Teulada, Moraira area
Teulada (1,4 km from the house) is a little village with a nice old town, where almost no tourists disturb the Spanish live of the inhabitants. Little shops provide you with everything you´ll need. On Saturdays you can drive to Jalon to visit the antique flea market.Moraira´s (8 km) narrow streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with seafood being a particular speciality. Moraira has four beaches, each different in character from the others. To the north and south of Moraira there are many secluded bays and coves well worth exploring. The three main beaches are all European blue flagged, zoned and lifeguarded so that all activities can be enjoyed safely. Calpe has two large sandy beaches with promenades to walk along. Denia has miles and miles of wonderful sandy beaches. For windsurfing that´s the best area.
During the summer months there are spectacular festivals called "Cristianos y moros" in several villages of the region.
Benidorm (20 min drive) offers all kinds of entertainments including a show in the Palace.
