About the home

The villa, a short 5 minutes drive to the village centre, has its own large 11 x 4 metre swimming pool in terraces and gardens. In a quiet cul de sac. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 double bedrooms, 2 upstairs, with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, and one bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom and large play area with bunk beds downstairs. Large sitting room and dining area with marble floors throughout, as well as fully fitted kitchen upstairs, and a large sitting room and breakfast area with fridge/sink/kettle/toaster/coffee machine etc downstairs. Ceiling and ordinary fans provided.

We can organise the beds as you wish, as we have 2 twins, a double and two single bunk beds, and as the house is toddler friendly we can organise cots, highchairs, etc if you wish. We have satellite TV, with limited programmes at the moment, but including BBC TV and radio and many others. Please bring your sky card if you have one. A CD/DVD player, as well as video and cassette player is available plus a large selection of books and CDs. An addiitional separate SatelliteTV is provided downstairs.

Large terraces around the pool, with secure walled gardens at the front and rear of the house as well as a large patio and play areas at the rear of the house. Barbecue and sheltered Pergola by the pool. Sunbeds and tables and chairs for all. Plenty of space to relax or play or sit under the trees or the pergola in the shade. Night lighting on the terraces and in the pool allow for eating and relaxing outdoors in the warm evenings. Car port and additonal parking for 2 cars.

With mountains as a backdrop, the small unspoilt Moraira nestles by the coast. Lots of small beaches and coves, with good restaurants, cafes and local wine. We are in the village of Moraira, so all of this is just a few minutes away from the villa.

The Moraira / Club Moraira area

Only 5 minutes by car to the Centre of Moraira and the beaches, and 10 minutes walk to 2 good restaurants ( and a Bar) and tennis courts, and golf course within 5 minues drive. You will need a car to get around and to get to the coves and beaches along the coast, as they are a good 20 minutes walk.

Located in the unspoilt village of Moraira, looking out to sea, the house is an easy drive from either Alicante (50 minutes) or Valencia ( 70 minutes) Airports, where most of the airlines fly these days. Then, with a car hire its a straightforward drive, mostly via motorway and a short 10 minutes on the local roads to the house. Its possible to go by train from Alicante to nearby Teulada and then a short taxi to the house. Also, buses run to nearby Calpe from Alicante airport, and less frequently to Teulada from Valencia. The new metro into Valencia from the airport links to the train which will get you to Gandia, and then bus/taxi to Moraira.

The above prices apply to the whole house for up to 8 people. Outside of the main season we can offer just the upper part of the house for up to 4 people. Please contact us for details. We also normally dont rent the house in December or January except for a long term letting and Christmas/New Year.

There will be a small extra heating charge in Feb/March and Oct/Nov of £30 per week.

We accept payment in GB Pounds or Euros by cheque or bank transfer.

Availability notes:

The house is generally not available from the end of November to the beginning of February except for Christmas and New Year, but do enquire. There will be a small extra charge for gas and electricity of 30 euros per week during this period and in October and February/March.
