The villa, a short 5 minutes to the village centre, has its own large 11 x 4 metre swimming pool in terraces and gardens. In a quiet cul de sac. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 double bedrooms, all with bult in wardrobes, and one large play area with bunk beds. Large sitting room and dining area with marble floors throughout, as well as fully fitted kitchen upstairs, and a large sitting and breakfast area with fridge/sink/kettle etc downstairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

With mountains as a backdrop, the small unspoilt Moraira nestles by the coast. Lots of small beaches and coves, with good restaurants, cafes and local wine. We are in the village of Moraira, so all of this is just a few minutes away from the villa.

Moraira / Club Moraira area

Only 5 minutes by car to the Centre of Moraira and the beaches, and 10 minutes walk to 2 good restaurants ( and a Bar) and tennis courts, and golf course within 5 minues drive. You will need a car to get around and to get to the coves and beaches along the coast, as they are a good 20 minutes walk.

How to get there

An easy drive from either Alicante (50 minutes) or Valencia ( 70 minutes) Airports, where all the airlines fly these days as well as scheduled flights. Then via motorway and a short 10 mintes to the house. Its possible to go by train from Alicante to Teulada and then a short taxi to the house. Also buses run to nearby Calpe from Alicante airport, and less frequently to Teulada from Valencia. The new metro into Valencia form the airport links to the train which will get you to Gandia, and then bus/taxi to Moraira.

We can organise the beds as you wish, as we have 2 twins, a double and two single bunk beds, and as the house is toddler friendly we can organise cots, highchairs, etc if you wish.

Large terraces by the pool, barbecue by the pool, shady pergola by the pool, gardens at the front and rear of the house and large patio and play areas at the rear as well.

The above prices apply to the whole house for up to 8 people. Outside of the main season we can offer just the upper part of the house for up to 4 people. Please contact us for details. We also normally dont rent the house in December or January except for a long term letting and Christmas/New Year.

There will be a small extra heating charge in January/Feb/March and Oct/Nov/December of £30 per week.

We accept payment in GB Pounds or Euros by cheque or bank transfer.
