Home description
The villa, a short 5 minutes to the village centre, has its own large 11 x 4 metre swimming pool in terraces and gardens. In a quiet cul de sac. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 double bedrooms, all with bult in cupbards, and one large play area with bunk beds. Large sitting room and dining area with marble floors throughout, as well as fully fitted kitchen upstairs, and a large sitting area with fridge/sink downstairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
With mountains as a backdrop, the small unspoilt Moraira nestles by the coast. Lots of small beaches and coves, with good restaurants, cafes and local wine. We are in the village of Moraira, so all of this is just a few minutes away from the villa.
Moraira / Club Moraira area
Only 5 minutes by car to Moraira, and 10 minutes walk to 2 good restaurants ( and a Bar), you will need a car to get around and to the beaches as they are a good 20 minutes walk.
How to get there
An easy drive from either Alicante (50 minutes) or Valencia ( 70 minutes) Airports, where all the airlines fly these days as well as scheduled flights. Then via motorway and a short 10 mintes to the house. Its possible to go by train from Alicante to Teulada and then a short taxi to the house. Also buses run to nearby Calpe from Alicante airport, and less frequently to Teulada from Valencia. The new metro into Valencia form the airport links to the train which will get you to Gandia, and then bus/taxi to Moraira.
