About the home

The villa is modern, light and spacious and has been built and attractively furnished to an excellent standard.
The accommodation is on two levels and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms including the master suite which is on the first floor.
The living area is of open plan design, the lounge has patio doors leading on to a covered naya and terrace, luxury fully fitted American style kitchen with archway to dining room. There are 2 ground floor double bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and patio doors to a terrace. Stairs lead to the first floor master bedroom and separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, patio doors to private terrace. Bathroom with corner bath and walk in shower.
WiFi internet connection. Electric security blinds and gated driveway with parking for 4/5 cars.
The private 8m x 4m pool with Roman Steps and outside shower is surrounded by a sun terrace providing plenty of sun bathing area.

The Moraira / El Portet area

El Portet is a quiet seaside village, just over 1 kilometer from Moraira, and within easy walking distance of Moraira and are also very family friendly, cleaned daily and have lifeguards. It is in a quiet, sheltered bay with a gently sloping, sandy bathing beach. There is a superb view along the beach to Calpe, and inland there are pine clad mountains.

In the village of Portet there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants. El Portet is in a sheltered bay within walking distance of Moraira. Both El Portet and Moraira have a rather upmarket feel with nothing to be seen of the high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain.

Gently shelving sandy El Portet beach has beautifully warm clean clear water ideal for swimming. The lovely narrow sandy beach is ideal for children, and is backed by a handful of beach bars serving food and drink.

Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 10 minute drive. Market day is Friday.

The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.

There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive)and Valencia airport is 130km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
