There are many small Beaches in the area.This Villa is situated in the Paichi area of Moraira , all roads locally are named after historical Painters

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This is a small village which has developed over the past few years without being spoilt by large tourism.
Moraira is situated between Javea and Calpe, the nearby typical spanish villages are Teulada and Benitachell
The weather is mild during the winter months and warms quickly from march onwards.


Moraira / Paichi area

There are many Bars in Paichi on the local European Centre with various entertainment.
On Fridays there is a local Market in Moraira.
There are celebrations with the Moors and Christians fiestas in june and many more fiestas throughout the year in Moraira and other surrounding villages.
Moraira Lámpola Beach is nearby and El portet is a popular retreat for beach and relaxation.

This Villa is well equipped with a newly fitted Kitchen and bathroom.
There is a fitted Log Burner in the lounge which provides ample heat to the lounge during the winter months
also a fitted gas heater in the corridor provides heat to the kitchen and hallway /2nd Bedroom.
The House has been tastefully refurbished whilst retaining the authentic features.
The main Bedroom has french doors direct to pool area .
Previously we only rented out two of the bedrooms due to the third being annexed at the end of the villa.
Following clients advise we now offer as a 3 bedroom for only a small additional charge.The layout is pretty much identical to the second bedroom, with 2 single beds.
