Well maintained spacious 2 bedroom villa (1 double, 1twin) with 3 full shower rooms/wc/wash basin. Situated in a peaceful location with superb sea and valley views to Calpe and the Ifach Rock. Large naya with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Various terraces and beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding the 8 x 4 salt water pool. Gardens can be illuminated in the evening with ornamental lighting and the pool has underwater lighting. Rooftop solarium. Villa has a high degree of privacy surrounded by whitewashed walls and wrought iron gates.It is within walking distance of Moraira(2Kms), but within 500mtrs there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets of the European Centre.

Moraira is close to the attractions of Benidorm (30 mins drive) for water parks and the theme park Terra Mitica and lots more. Denia with its ferry and more cosmopolitan atmosphere with designer shopping is only 20 mins away.

The Moraira / Paichi area

Moraira is an unspoilt bay on the South East of Spain which has retained its unique charm. It has a large marina, excellent local shops, a weekly market and a beautiful clean beach with clear blue water for sand and water sports. During the year there are many fiestas with fireworks.

For the golfer, Moraira has 3 18-hole championship golf courses within 30 mins drive and 2 9 hole courses within 10 mins drive.
