About the home

Five bedroom villa in a great location with communal pool. Five minutes drive from Moraira with its sandy beaches, marina and large variety of fab restaurants and bars. Few minutes walk from a local bar and restaurant with large pool, kiddies pool and tennis court. There is also an English bar/reataurant within walking distance which has live music twice a week. Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets are a few minutes drive away and only a short walk, but not visible from the house.

Our Villa enjoys a peacefull location and a panoramic view over the valley to the mountains. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with super kingsize) and a twin room. The air conditioned lounge and dining area is light and airy and there is British TV with some movie and sky channels and wi fi. The Kitchen has full cooking facilities. Outside there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the view.


On the ground floor there is a two bedroom self contained apartment with shower room and lounge/kitchen area also with full cooking facilities and wi fi. Outside is a covered naya with sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a terrace from which you can enjoy the stunnig view complete with fountain and large gas barbecue.


We live nearby and will be on hand for recommendations of great bars and restaurants and places to go, I am sure you wll enjoy our suggestions. We are very passionate about this area and during our time living here we have done lots of research to find 'the most interesting and the best' . As previous restauranteurs we are also available to provide any catering needs you may have, barbecues, paella etc. Quotable on request.

Upstairs has small balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs is a large terrace enjoying lovely countryside views over the valley to the mountains. Covered naya has table, chairs and sofa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca offers amazing diversity. Our local area which we think is the best location on the Costa Blan ca is sophisticated, bustling in Summer but not overly commercialised. Then only a half an hour drive away is Benidorm with Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Benidorm Palace great for spectacular shows. By contrast near to Benidorm, in the mountains is the Algar waterfalls, really good fun with natural pools, waterfalls and diving board, if you are brave!

The Moraira area

Great combination of activities available. Moraira, sophisticated and often described as'St Tropez of Spain'. Javea a 15 minute drive away has three distinct areas The Arenal with its long sandy beach and vast variety of restaurants and bars, including great beach bars during the Summer months on the road to the Port.. The Port where fishing boats still go out every day and land their catch which you can see in the local fish market and the Old Town which is very Spanish but has some very swish baras and restaurants.. Both of Moraira and Javea have many watersports available including jet skiing and kayaking, wonderful coves to explore and unbelievable views, truly the Mediterranean that you see at the movies! Javea Golf Course is only a ten minute drive away, we have a set of golf clubs available to lone

Nearest Airiport is Alicante, easy one hour drive on the AP7 coast road. Budget airlines that operate from Alicante include Easyjet, Ryanair, Flybe, bmi baby and Jet2. Valencia Airport is only slightly further away, an easy drive also on the AP7 but from the opposite direction. We recommend Do Spain for car hire.
