There is a large private terrace for eating and relaxing al fresco with absolutely stunning sea views. The apartment has been decorated with high quality furnishings, fittings and is air conditioned.
It would suit families or couples who wish to explore the local area and enjoy the nearby beaches. It is also situated right next to the infinity pool complex.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region of Spain has one of the best climates in the world, with attractive mountainous landscape, great beaches and pretty towns. Excellent spot to savour the delights of Spanish life drive inland to the beautiful villages of the Jalon Valley - where you can also try the local wine at the many bodegas.
A great choice of golf courses and tennis courts can be found. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol is set on the most elevated points of Benitatxell – strategically located in the heart of Marina Alta– from where beautiful panoramic views can be contemplated. It has Beaches and coves, green areas and parks, sports and leisure activities, first-class infrastructures, shopping centre, banks, a chemist shop, a health centre, all a few minutes drive from the apartment.The nearby Morach beach and the Los Arcos cave are famous for practicing diving. There are crystal clear waters and spectacularly beautiful settings. By the beach you ll find parking and 2 drinks and snacks stalls, along with hammocks, sun umbrellas, etc.
Moraira is a 10 mins drive. Formerly a small fishing village (some of the old parts still remain) which has developed into a charming little town retaining a village atmosphere. Smallumbre colourful streets, pavement cafes, a pretty marina, wide sandy beach, lively shopping area, including a couple of really good shoe shops and restaurants and bars too numerous to mention (traditional Spanish & seafood through to pastas & pizzas).
From El Portet you can watch the sun set behind the Penon de Ifach - a large column of rock rising from the sea. There is also a small children's fair, essential for good behaviour at dinner!
Javea is a 15 mins drive, the nearest large town that has preserved all its charm, and is a fascinating mix of old and new. Large, sandy beaches, an unspoilt old town, and a huge choice of restaurants.

Fly into either Alicante or Valencia Airports and the property is only 60-75 minutes away.

Further details indoors: The apartment consists of a lounge-diner with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, a TV with satellite channels in English, including BBC & ITV , a DVD player and a portable cd/radio. There is an American style kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one double with sea views and one twin both with fully fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath and shower over. The apartment has been completed and decorated with high quality furnishings, fittings and is air conditioned. There are also a selection of children's toys, beach toys, books and DVDs to help the holiday run as smoothly as possible!!
There is a book in the apartment with leaflets, local infomation, restaurant recomendations and guest comments.
We have tried to equip the apartment with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday. There are things like a beach umbrella, hair dryer and cool bag along with all the things you would expect.
Our managment company can also provide cots and high chairs for you to rent.
As well as the hot/cold air conditioning, there are several oil heaters for the colder months.
Further details outdoors: There is a large private terrace with patio table and chairs for eating and relaxing al fresco with absolutely stunning panoramic sea views. The terrace has sun all day. Use of the shared designer infinity 2 pool complex is included and this can be reached by climbing up or down a single flight of stairs. There is lots of parking available.
