Suitable for people with walking difficulties, the driveway is level with the road and living accommodation with ground floor bedrooms. There are approx. 5/6 steps from the house to the pool area.
The beach is approx. 2km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 5 minute drive away and offers lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
The local 9 hole Golf de Ifach course is less than a 1 km walk from the villa. Javea, La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Conditions
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required and will be reimbursed providing no damage is found or excessive cleaning is required.

The Moraira / San Jaime area
Moraira is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
