Try your bargaining skills at the evening craft market and fabulous Friday market . Stroll around the beautiful marina or stop at the seafront cafes and restaurants for a traditional paella.
Javea - 15 minutes drive away offers a wide selection of beaches, shops and restaurants, or try the stunning local shingle beach of Moraig only 3 minutes drive away with its dramatic caves and scenery almost exclusively used by the owners from Pueblo Montecala, great for snorkelling and diving. Here there is a small cafe and sunbed hire in high season.Close to the apartment are two local amenities centres which includes a supermarket, pharmacy, bank and a variety of excellent restaurants and bars.

The light and airy bedrooms are a good size ,one with a double bed , the other having full sized sturdy bunk beds . A comfortable sofa bed (double) is available in the lounge area The fully tiled bathroom has a w.c. and handbasin and a walk-in power shower . Ideal accommodation for family of four. Can sleep 6 for shorter lets.
The well-equipped fully-fitted kitchen includes a large fridge with large ice compartment, an oven and ceramic hob, microwave/grill, coffee maker etc. There is a dining area with table and chairs adjoining a comfortable lounge furnished with a sofa and a sofa bed , T.V. /DVD player and storage for books and games.
The lounge opens onto a large private terrace with gorgeous uninterrupted west facing mountain and valley views. Air-conditioning for your comfort plus room fans. The apartment is as new and always spotlessly clean.

Conditions
The apartment can be booked directly with the owners. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. The balance should be paid at least 8 weeks before the holiday start-date. Keys and instructions will be despatched on receipt of final payments. Cots, high chairs can be provided at a small extra charge by prior arrangement. Stays less than 7 nights will be charged a full week . Bring your own beach/pool towels or hire ours at £5 each.
Payments can be made by cheque in advance or by bank transfer (preferred). Add £50 for final clean and laundry for each booking. Try before you buy - if your stay results in the purchase of this property- recieve full refund!
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The north costa Blanca region is a green and lush area with lemon and orange groves, vines, almond and olive trees. The backdrop of mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for your holiday of sea sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organization as one of the most healthy in the world an boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year.
The historic city of Valencia is just over an hour away and is well worth a visit. Dont miss the amazing 'Oceanographic ' (spectacular aquarium) at the City of Arts and Sciences. The shopping is also superb - visit the central market.
A half hour to the south is Benidorm with its various attractions sure to please the children. Try Mundomar Marine Park or the Aqualandia Water Park or terrify yourselves at the Terra Mitica Theme Park with thrilling rides.
To the north is the lovely town of Denia with its castle and beaches and pleasant shopping areas. Here you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry or in summer take a pleasure trip by boat to Cabo San Antonio (three sailings a day). There are a number of go karting tracks in the area.
The Moraira area
Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all year round. There are several beaches, sandy or rocky and all are within walking distance of the centre. Stroll along to the marina to admire the boats or explore the streets, packed with great eating places, tapas bars and small shops. In the evenings, don't miss the craft market and be sure to make a visit to the huge Friday market for your holiday souvenirs.
On the Cumbre del sol, (aptly named 'summit of the sun' ) in the hills behind Moraira, your apartment offers amazing views over the area to the Calpe Rock. Activities on the Cumbre Del Sol include swimming tennis and horse riding. Water sports available in Moraira and Lavea.
If Golf is your passion Javea Golf Club is seven minutes drive away. A 9 hole par 72. A flat course and relatively easy with driving range, putting greens, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant, tennis and squash. Alternatively La Sella Golf has 18 holes, par 72. Within an hours drive is the fabulous Oliva Nova Golf Club designed by Seve Ballesteros - a testing 18 holes.
