The villa consists of large lounge/diner and American style kitchen. The lounge has some english TV channels and DVD player and stereo. It has 3 bedrooms (1 Superking, 4 singles) and 1 bathroom/WC and 1 shower/WC. There is full air conditioning and heating throughout. There is a large covered naya with table and chairs leading to pool terrace with plenty of areas for sunbeds, outside eating and a large stone barbecue. There are other villas further afield - so the villa is in a quiet area and not closely overlooked.

Further details indoors:
The villa is all on 1 level with only 2 steps leading up to naya and front door. It is very suitable small children or the elderly or infirm. It is possible to arrange for a ramp for any guests that have wheelchairs. All the furniture is new, modern style and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is a utility room with washing machine outside - so as not to disturb the house.
In the lounge there is Satellite TV with some english channels, a DVD player (some DVDs available) and a stereo CD player (again some music supplied). There are some childrens games, playing cards etc.
All bedrooms has mosquito netting and shutter blinds.

The garden is new and now is in full bloom and mainly laid to patio around pool and gravel to half the garden. Some fruit trees will now provide a lemons and figs (within season). The garden is completely surrounded by walls and has a lockable gate. There is parking enough for one car within the grounds and plenty of parking outside the villa. There are plenty of sunbeds and cushions, tables and chairs to eat around the BBQ area.
Further details
Air-con is extra at £80 or (90 euros per week). To secure a booking we require 25% deposit. The balance will need to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Completion of a booking form is required. Subject to usual cancellation fees.

There is a local 9-hole golf course approx 3km from the villa (Javea Golf). There are larger golf courses in the town of Denia - approx 30km away.
Benidorm is approx 30 mins drive and has plenty of facilities including Terra Mitica amusement park, Mundomar Sea World and plenty more. Within Benidorm town centre there are plenty of shows to amuse both kids and adults.
The historical towns of Alicante and Valencia are only 1hr to 1,5hrs drive with plenty to see for a day out.

The Moraira / Benitachell area
Benitachell has its one unique rocky cove - Approx 4km drive. Moraira has 2 sandy beaches - 7km drive. Javea has both rocky, sandy beaches - 7km drive.
Benitachell is a typical small Spanish village with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes set in the narrow roads and church squares approx 1.5km distance from villa. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets. The towns of Moraira is 7km away, Javea is 7km. A full information pack is provided in the villa with plenty of recommendations, maps etc.
