Large luxury 4 bedroom villa set out over two floors with 3 bathrooms and plenty of sunbathing terraces. The property is situated in an ideal location with beautiful panoramic views of surrounding countryside, and not to far to travel to the resorts of Javea, Calpe and Denia. There are a good selection of activites to keep you busy including many golf courses, and 10 minutes away are large selection of bars and restaurants.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the masterbedroom with double bed and leads out onto the terrace, Bedroom 2 has another double bed, Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two single beds and Bedroom 4 has two quality double sofa beds (if not required the room can be used as a second lounge idea for kids).
There are 3 bathrooms; the first has a bath, overhead shower, hand basin and wc, the second has a toilet and hand basin and the third is a shower room, with basin and toliet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: hob/cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and iron/board.
The living room is bright and airy with DVD/TV, satellite TV, CD player, lamps and settees. Leading off the lounge is a separate dining room. There is a second lounge area if the 4 bedroom is not required, equipped with TV and DVD.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Villa is close to the resorts of Javea, Calpe and Denia which are well worth visiting.
Moraira / Buenavista Benissa area
The Villa is located near Moraira which was originally a small fishing village and has had the benefit in recent years from a steady, but still discreet, tourist trade. The traditional old town can be seen from the cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and fishing port.
Nearby activities include scuba diving and snorkelling, horse riding, tennis, golf, sailing, cycling, water-skiing, walking and climbing, surfing and windsurfing, go-karting.
There is a choice of several beaches close to the villa, they are all blue flagged, the closest 1500 meters away. There is a good selection of golf courses nearby.
Moraira has over 300 days of sunshine a year, in the summer months of July and August it can reach 40 degrees - so the pool and local beaches are essential.

Further details outdoors: The outside terraces are of a good size and can also be access via the master bedroom, which brings you out to a raised terrace. There is a large sized swimming pool, together with sun loungers, barbecue and table and chairs.
The villa is very suitable for children with it's position on a quite cul de sac. It has a large drive with parking for 3 to 4 cars. The main bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
