Entering the villa via the light and airy entrance hall to the left is the fully fitted kitchen with direct access to the garage where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer, straight on to the large lounge and dining area with patio doors to the pool and terrace. To the right through the archway are the three bedrooms, the master with its King sized bed and en-suite and the two twin rooms and the family bathroom (one of the twin rooms can bed made up into a King sized bed if required). The are also patio doors from the master bedroom out onto the terrace and pool area. The fixtures, fittings and furniture throughout this villa are top quality and the whole property is maintained to the highest standard. A truly luxurious villa for the discerning holiday maker.

In the shade of the covered terrace area you will find a hard-wood table and 6 chairs along with a wicker sofa and matching chairs, somewhere to sit and enjoy a family meal or a cold drink out of the Spanish sun. Down one step to the main terrace you will find the 8 by 4 meter swimming pool and the 5 person jacuzzi, there are 6 sun beds and pool towels are incuded in the price of the villa. There is also the outside BBQ and pool shower. Totally enclosed by mature gardens and completly private this is a great location for a family holiday.
Conditions
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, at this time you will also be required to pay the departure clean and linen costs, details below. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 250 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a charge of 1.5%.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava nor is it as hot and humid in the summer as the Costa del Sol. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the WHO. The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves many of which have the coverted European Blue Flag.
The northern Costa Blanca is mountainous, green and lush - a wonderful place to spend your holidays. Moraira is a small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the northern Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, various shops, weekly markets, numerous eating places and harbour side fish restaurants and bars.
The Moraira / La Sabatera area
Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. There is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike. Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts.
DENIA and JAVEA
Dénia is a coastal city located to the north of the province of Alicante and has a 20-kilometre coastline, made of small, beautiful coves. To the north there are the fine sandy beaches of Les Marines and Les Bovetes and the shingle beaches of Les Deveses and L' Almadrava beaches, which are craggy and rocky; to the south is the Les Rotes beach. Though the beaches are long, they are not enormous and generally appeal to family-type tourism. A picturesque town 20 minutes drive from the apartment through the Montgo National Park, Javea has much to offer. Spread out over a large area, there are coves to discover, cultural and historical sites and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes.
CALPE
Calpe Under the attentive gaze of the highest cliff on the Mediterranean, the Peñón de Ifach, Calpe has grown on both sides of the Great Rock, symbol and image of the Costa Blanca. It has been a tourist destination since the 30s due, especially, to the quality of its beaches, their fine sand and the cleanliness of their waters. The municipality preserves vestiges of the past in its old town, and curiosities such as the ruins of the Baños de la Reina, and some abandoned salt mines. Its fishing port is full of vitality, where restaurants serve the local fish and seafood.

Moraira is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 exsiting at junction 63. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more.
Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recommended to get the best from your stay and drive to the villa, alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 90€ to 100€ one way.
Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect a ticket from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.
