Moraira area
Moraira is a beautiful,small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel.Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants,cafés bars & shops.The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering watersports,a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira.There is an open air market held every Friday.Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.

The villa is on two levels & on the top level there are 3 bedrooms,1 double,1 twin & 1 single with bunk beds.There is a separate bathroom with an extra large shower.The lounge area leads to a spacious glazed naya with dining area & onto a balcony from which you can enjoy the spectacular sea views.The large separate kitchen is modern & fully equipped including a microwvae,fridge /freezer,dishwasher .Ther is a utility room with washing machine.Downstairs you will find the exquisite master bedroom complete with dressingroom & a beautiful,large en suite with bath and shower. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning in the living area, master bedroom, 2nd double bedroom and then there is a ceiling fan in the twin room. It has Satellite TV including BBC, ITV,Channel 4, Channel 5 and sky sports.
Further details outdoors: The villa has a gorgeous private heated pool,terrace area, gardens & BBQ area with plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine & stunning views. Garden furniture supplied.With the pool being heated t can be used all year round even at Christmas.

A 25% deposit to be paid on booking the villa. The balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to the holiday along with a refundable damage retainer which will be returned after the property has been inspected.
