Moraira is a beautiful,small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel.Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants,cafés bars & shops.The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering watersports,a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira.There is an open air market held every Friday.Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.

Further details indoors: On the top level of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed, 1 double, 1 twin, all with fitted wardrobes, quality bed linen and towels.The master bedroom has en suite and is air-conditioned, there is a further separate bathroom. The lounge/dining area is extremely spacious and is equipped with lovely leather sofa`s, Satellite TV and air-conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. On the lower level of the villa you will find another air-conditioned lounge a further 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin, both with fitted wardrobes. There are a further 2 bathrooms on this level one of which leads out to the pool area. Again, the lounge/dining area is spacious and equipped with 2 double sofa beds and leads to an American style kitchen. Both apartments have independent entrances but can be accessed by the internal staircase.
Further details outdoors: The main level of the house has a large covered balcony and the lower level has a terrace which leads to the heated pool area. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace area and beautiful well maintained gardens. There is a brick built BBQ and Garden chairs, tables and sunloungers are provided.Now with a heated pool it can be used all year round even at Christmas.
Further details
A 25% deposit is payable on booking the villa and the balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your holiday along with a damage retainer which will be refunded when the villa has been inspected.
You will be greeted at the villa to be given the keys and shown around the property. Welcome packs are available.
Air conditioning units are installed in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas and also in the upstairs master bedroom.
