Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position, with beautiful views over the valley and sea, Casa Julieta is set on a large plot with mature gardens & private pool which receives the sun all day. Just 3 minutes drive from Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is fully enclosed ensuring a safe environment for children, and parking is behind locked gates. Fully air conditioned throughout, with satellite TV with all English channels, and a good selection of DVDs and games for all ages. The property will accommodate 11, split over 2 floors linked by an internal staircase, therefore making it ideal for families and friends sharing, but each having there own independent accommodation.

Moraira / Benimeit area

Moraira is an exclusive resort situated on the Northern Costa Blanca, approximately 1 hours drive from Alicante airport. The area combines rugged mountains and white sandy beaches, with plenty to do for all ages, including a number of golf courses, and the theme park Terra Mittica being only 20 minutes drive. The town has numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, and there are many beaches in the area, some providing water sports in high season. How to get there

Moraira can be reached by a flight to either Alicante or Valencia, both are approximately 1 hours drive away on an excellent motorway.
Car hire can be arranged from both airports, or alternatively taxis are available for parties of all sizes.

20% non-returnable deposit payable on booking,with the balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. There is a £100 returnable inventory deposit payable on booking.

Bathroom towels provided. Towels and bed linen changed weekly.

The town had a nice array of bars and restaurants and the villa was just far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for easy access.
