Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position, with beautiful views over the valley and sea, Casa Julieta is set on a large plot with mature gardens & private pool which receives the sun all day. Just 3 minutes drive from Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is fully enclosed ensuring a safe environment for children, and parking is behind locked gates. Fully air conditioned throughout, with satellite TV with all English channels, and a good selection of DVDs and games for all ages. The property will accommodate 11, split over 2 floors linked by an internal staircase, therefore making it ideal for families and friends sharing, but each having there own independent accommodation.

There is a 8m x 4m pool set on a large terrace area. The pool area has a gate to prevent access by small children. There are sun loungers, pool chairs and tables, and brick barbecue for alfresco dining. The property is set on a large plot with mature gardens.

20% non-returnable deposit payable on booking,with the balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. There is a £100 returnable inventory deposit payable on booking.

Bathroom towels provided. Towels and bed linen changed weekly.

Moraira can be reached by a flight to either Alicante or Valencia, both are approximately 1 hours drive away on an excellent motorway.
Car hire can be arranged from both airports, or alternatively taxis are available for parties of all sizes.

The property can be booked as a 2 or 3 bedroom property for smaller parties.

A deposit of 20% of the total holiday price is required on booking, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before departure. The prices include all cleaning before and after your stay, linen, and change of linen if your stay is more than 7 days, towels excluding beach towels, air conditioning throughout, and satellite TV. Check in time is 4pm, and departure time is 10am.

Winter Special Offer: 4 weeks £995, 8 weeks £1,750, 12 weeks £2,300, 16 weeks £2,800 + bills on an as used basis.
