Home description

Our Villa has three double lockable bedrooms all with built in fitted wardrobes, the whole villa has superb sea views and sunny terraces. The master bedroom (Upper Ground Floor) has its own private full luxury en-suite bathroom with a full size bath with shower over and a bidet, plus a full size walk in shower. The Penthouse has its own private sunny sea view terrace.

The Villa has a large open family room with a open plan fully fitted kitchen and a covered - open sea view terrace for breakfast on the sunny terrace or those al-fresco nights dining on the terrace.

The ground floor has its own bathroom in the hallway leading to the main lounge which leads to the (GF) covered sea view terrace with a fully fitted open plan kitchen with seating for 6 and dishwasher all located on the ground floor.

The Villa has three internal bathrooms and a hot and cold pool side shower plus a pre kitchen with fridge kettle toaster and microwave, breakfast griddle and washing machine if needed.

The Villa is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air over three floor levels fully included in the rental price plus and with a optional underfloor metered gas central heating if required please ask for details and cost.

Sky Tv package available including some sport and music.

Private locked gated car park for 2 family size cars. (clio-focus).

Sun and Fun for all the family all day long in the fine sandy beach coves in and around Moraira and Javea coastlines.

When you vist Moraira you will find you will come back year after year no where on the costa blanca north offers such a great holiday this lovely little old fishing village offers the best food and wine bars for a great family holiday.

Moraira / Valle Del Portet area

Welcome to Moraira located in the Costa Blanca North just (80km) from Alicante Airport 1 hours direct drive on the main AP7 Motorway, between Calpe and Javea.

This Beautiful Villa is located in the sort after area of Valle Del Portet, were the road leads directly down to El Portet Beach.

Vall Paradise is less than 5 minutes drive to EL Portets Fine Sandy Beach Cove, you can take a short walk along the prom towards the village of Moraira.

Moraira was once a small fishing village but the town today has many fine Spanish fish restaurants to suit every budget and a very impressive marina were you can see the fish swimming around the harbour.

The EEC Blue flag beaches are ideal for a family day out and are very safe.

Warm sunny weather which on average sunny day is 325 days a year, why not take a trip to Denia or Benidorm on the famous 'Lemon Train' this is described as one of the great train journeys of Europe you can find the local station in Teulada.

From Alicante Airport take the E15 - AP7 Motorway heading North towards Benidorm. Continue on to Altea turning off at the BENISSA exit 63 pay 5.5 euro at the toll booth now head for Teuada and continue towards Moraira in less than 1 hour.

We are just 800 mts to the new Mercadona - ALDI Supermarkets on the main Moraira to Benitachell Coast Road please email for full map and road directions on request.

We have a rail link in Tuelada to vist Benidorm or Denia just 10 minutes drive away and park your car for free.

The lower ground floor and Penthouse bedroom has 2 fitted luxury king size beds.

The third double bedroom (LGF) is fitted with two twin single beds looking over to the lower garden terrace, on this level you have a bathroom with a built in power shower.

The Villa has High Power Air Conditioning over the 3 internal floor levels.

AC - HEATING is supplied for Winter and Low Season bookings subject to meter usage.

YOUR PRIVATE infinity swimming pool for your exclusive use has built in roman steps and being ideal for children and the family.

A built in BBQ is next to the pool side terrace with 6 sunbeds all on the same large sunny terrace plus a full size table tennis for your enjoyment and family use.

A lower lower mature garden terrace with palm tree.

Smoking on the terraces are Ok with us.

MOTHERS LOOK we have a baby cot crib and baby walker and high chair please let us know as we can arrange this for you at a small extra rental cost and you will keep the baby happy.

We also have a light weight folding wheelchair available if required.

A none refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the total holiday rental cost is required by either cheque, or bank transfer, or payment in full 12 weeks before your holiday dates are due to commence in Spain.

Conditions

A refundable £200 key security deposit is required for the property keys from our property manager in Spain during high season this is fully returned within 7 days by way of cheque or bank transfere providing no extra cleaning costs are required or breakages/damage are found.

Proof of ID is required on all bookings (photo copy passport ID on booking) flight tickets once booked.

Rental Terms and Conditions can be supplied on request by our local property managing agents PID SL ALICANTEVILLAS4U of Benissa Spain.

Please note smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

Sorry the Villa upper and and lower floor levels are not suitable for wheel chair users, however we have one if required and a Z-Bed can be supplied at a small extra cost if required.
