Situated in a lovely location, overlooking the town of Benitachell, within ten minutes drive of the popular resort towns of Moraira and Javea, this is a modern villa which offers excellent accommodation, only an hours drive from Alicante and Valencia .
The villa is well appointed with air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and mini hi-fi inside the villa. Private pool, barbecue area and poolside shower outside. It also features a remotely operated entrance gate and garage door. In addition to the private pool, guests can enjoy use of an adjacent 12m x 5m pool, along with a child's paddling pool. The property has superb views to the Sierra Bernia mountains and has a great aspect for spectacular sunsets. There is a table tennis table in the garage.

A €300, refundable security deposit is requested, with the balance payment.

Minimum booking period is 7 days.
Occupancy normally @ 3pm, with departure @10am. If no prior/following bookings, we are flexible on this.

The spectacular Moraig beach on Cumbre del Sol is less than 10 minutes drive, with the popular el Portet and Arenal beaches in Moraira and Javea the same distance away.
Javea golf course is just a few minutes drive away, with a number of other course within 30 minutes drive. There are also a couple of tennis courts and a covered, heated pool a short walk away. Horse riding, scuba diving and hillwalking facilities are also available nearby.
The villa is a comfortable hour's drive from Alicante airport, with Valencia Airport some 70 minutes drive. A car is recommended, though we can arrange airport pick/up for guests if required.
Alicante is 65km away, with Valencia some 75km. The resort towns of Javea and Moraira are 8km away, while Benidorm is a 35km drive.
The Moraira / Benitachell area
Situated on the Costa Blanca, Benitachell (El Poble Nou de Benitatxell) is an independent village that was founded in 1698. It is an important service centre for the surrounding agricultural areas of the coast, especially for the cultivation of Muscatel grapes.
Many visitors have fallen in love with this friendly village of narrow streets, colourful houses and stunning mountain and sea views.The pace of life here is gentle and timeless. People still collect water from the natural spring in the village, gather for a chat in the covered market and meet at a local bar for lunchtime tapas
As with most villages, situated in the heart of Benitachell, is the church. Iglesia de Santa Maria Magdalena is a building of great architectural value, and an absolute must for visitors. At the highest point of the village centre, it can be clearly seen for miles around.

Excellent villa, very well-appointed, with stunning mountain views, and only a short walk to Benitachell town centre. Lovely private pool, and great beach a short drive away, bordered by towering cliffs. Have been several times and will be going back!! |
