Within 100 yards of the apartment are 2 fabulous swimming pools with extensive terracing, showers & a bar area. A large commercial centre with shops, restaurants & banking/pharmacy facilities are within walking distance & the dramatic Moraig beach of Cumbre Del Sol is just 5 minute drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The coast is dotted with unspoilt Spanish villages and resorts, popular with holiday makers and residents looking for the more relaxing side of Spain. The busy town of Benidorm is only a short drive away with its many bars, pubs and entertainment. In addition the region boasts many established and new Golf courses, one of the biggest water parks (Aqualandia) and also Theme parks (Terra Mittica) in Europe, as well as unparalleled water sports, For those wishing to "shop until they drop" apart from Benidorm's dozens of boutiques, shopping mall and pedestrian shopping areas, Alicante, and Valencia Cities both lie within an easy car ride along the coast in either direction. Valencia in particular also offers marvellous Aquarium, Museum and public attractions to the Visitor, as well as historical places of interest.


Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area

The apartment is located in the beautiful residential area of Cumbre Del Sol which is situated between Moraira & Benitachell. The development is southfacing and offers the most spectacular sea and mountain views. In the area there is a commercial centre with supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants and Cumbre del Sol has its own beautiful beach. The picturesque coastal town of Moraira is only minutes in the car and also nearby are the cosmopolitan towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe.

Alicante airport is an hour drive and Valencia airport is 1 hour 20 mins drive. Airline include easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, Ryanair.
