There are some steps from the road to the villa but parking is available at the rear so no need to use the steps.

Moraira town and harbour and wonderful modern marina, a short drive away. Nearest supermarket restaurants and beaches 10 mins by car. Other beach resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Altea are a 20 minute drive.
The local Golf de Ifach is a 5 minute drive away. Javea, La Sella near Denia and Altea golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.
Change over dates can be flexible, but access on arrival is available from 4 pm and we request the villa is vacated on day of departure by 10am. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required and will be reimbursed providing no damage is found or excessive cleaning is required.

The Moraira / Montimar area

Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. The area has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful un-spoilt scenery. In the evenings there is a great relaxed nightlife with locals and visitors coming together to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs.
There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
