Casa Oliva is a wonderfully comfortable detached, quiet and peaceful holiday villa. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for a traditional family holiday. There is a lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The American open kitchen is light and airy with windows on two sides. There are spacious patios one of which is accessed directly from the living room, ideal for alfresco dining. Being a corner plot the gardens extend to 3 sides and are very private with palms, cacti and bougainvillea.There is a built in barbecue and cooking area.
From its high position the villa affords nice views over the valley towards the Cabo del Nao national park.
Private car parking is to the front. The villa is only 0.8 km away from the centre of Moraira and only 700 m away from the sandy cove of El Portet.

This region has a very desirable climate all year round with winters being particularly mild. The weather is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation.
The area has over a hundred km of coastline with stunning blue sea, sandy beaches and rocky coves. Inland are mountain walks, lakes and waterfalls, rolling hills and traditional villages.
The Moraira / El Portet area
El Portet has a safe, sandy, sheltered cove protected by the surrounding mountains. It's crystal clear shallow water provides safe swimming and snorkelling. There is a small supermarket and pharmacy to meet all of your daily requirements with further supermarkets in Moraira.
Should you decide to leave your deckchair there are walks to Cap D'or overlooking the bay or Cumbre del Sol with spectacular views along the coastline.
Moraira town has a promenade and marina and quiet streets with many cafes and restaurants to suit everyone.
On Friday morning there is a popular market with fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese etc, clothes, bags and toys.
There are various fiestas throughout the year including religious processions, music and bull running.
It's a wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by.

I had such a lovely stay here last year, many bbqs on the terrace and many days just relaxing down by the pool. Went to some fab restaurants in Moraira. Also loved el portet bay for a relaxing swim and then an evening drink by the waters edge. I am going back this year and im sure that wont be the last. |
