The villa is most suitable for young families and romantic getaways!

The villa is located near the old fishing village of Moraira and the historic port and town of Javea in the Northern Costa Blanca. This is the "Real Spain" and those who know Spain well, will tell you that this is the best part of the Spanish coast! Moraira and Javea are classy, exclusive places. Nothing rough and nasty here!

The villa is air-conditioned, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps six people in comfort. A cot and highchair are available. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, an en-suite shower room and French doors lead to a sunny terrace and garden. The two twin or double rooms share a family bathroom and have access to the first floor terrace to enjoy superb views towards the mountains and the coast at Moraira, perfect for a romantic evening watching the sunset whilst enjoying a bottle of Rioja, knowing that the children are safely in bed only five feet away from you!

The kitchen has all the mod-cons, oven, hob, dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer, microwave etc. Outside there is a gas BBQ and plenty of patio furniture and sunbeds. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has patio doors to the terrace and garden. There is CD & DVD player plus a Samsung LCD TV, with UK Freesat channels plus bring your own Sky card if you like. WiFi available in most bar and restaurants.

To the front of the house is a courtyard which is shaded in the hottest time of the day.

Private parking is to the front of the house.

There are two secluded, sunny terraces with views to coast and mountains. One terrace on the ground floor & one on the first floor. Both have a South Westerly aspect so enjoy plenty of sun and sunsets.

The private ground floor terrace has a shady portico and awning so you can choose how much sun you want. This area can be accessed either from the master bedroom or from the lounge area. It has a long dining table and chairs, with a parasol and seats six easily. A small sunny garden leads from the terrace. Gas barbecue is sited here.There is plenty of patio furniture including 4 sun loungers and 2 reclining chairs.

The first floor terrace has a bistro table and parasol with 4 chairs. There are stunning views towards the coast and the Sierra Bernia mountains. It is the perfect place for a romantic evening with a bottle of Rioja, whilst watching the sunset.

The large swimming pool and children's pool are set in landscaped gardens and are just 30 metres from the front of the house.

The Valenciana region

The World Health Organisation says that this area is one of the three healthiest environments in the world! When we asked about where to buy a villa in Spain we talked to many people who knew Spain very intimately. Many recommended Moraira.

The area is not overdeveloped, it is very classy and has the very best coastline in Spain - that's a fact! It is a perfect place for family holidays. The nightlife is classy but not rowdy.

The Northern Costa Blanca is green and fertile.

Moraira and Javea have so many exclusive and child friendly restaurants, it is impossible to visit them all.

You will enjoy the best of both worlds at our villa - a lovely quiet place to stay but only minutes to everything else that you need to make your stay that extra bit special. You will enjoy your stay without a doubt!

Moraira

Short drive of only 2km to Javea golf course.

Other golf courses are close by & easily accessible.

There are many Blue Flag beaches.

Here are some of them.

Moraira is 3km from the villa. It is a perfect place for family holidays.

The main beach is a superb, flat and sandy beach with a fresh water stream running down to the calm sea and it has lifeguard station. Beach cafes and FREE PARKING are nearby. Shops in the town are only 100m from the beach.

Stunning views to Calpe Rock and the headland at El Portet.

El Portet is 4km away and our favourite. Even better views from this beach. Calm sea, clean sand and many cafes.lovely

Javea, the Arenal is 8km away and is a great area with many facilities like a very nice UK seaside place. Free Parking here as well!

Local new shops and large supermarkets are just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive and there are Banks within 1km.

Moraira and Javea have a wealth of superb and exclusive international restaurants which are child friendly. There is a wealth of information about places to eat or visit in our guest book and you will also find many tourist information booklets and brochures in the villa.

There is a superb Health Center in Moraira adjoining the main free car park. Be sure to have travel insurance just in case. It is a myth that all medical treatment is free in Europe, the plastic card is often not enough!

"Lovely villa, exactly as described but better!"

Lovely, fully equipped, well maintained villa in a very quiet complex. Private rear garden with an additional balcony on the first floor, which we used in the evenings. The communal pool area was equally as nice and well maintained, most of the time we had this area to ourselves but only a couple of other families there at it's busiest period. Great central location for visiting the area, a car is essential to get the best from the area. Only a couple of minutes drive to nearest supermarket, with several beaches within 10 to 20 mins from the villa. Alcasar bar & pool, only a couple of minutes drive or a 10 minutes walk, is definitely worth a visit and was great for us to spend the afternoon of our last day as we had late flights home. Was a great bonus to have beach towels supplied. Home owners were great to deal with, fantastic communications, supplying all the information we needed plus great directions. Would highly recommend.

"Lovely Relaxing Villa"

Great experience from start to finish. Steve, the owner was very helpful and provided a very detailed amount of information on both the Villa and the surrounding areas. The Villa was very clean on arrival and had all the necessities for your stay, including a BBQ and sun loungers. The pool was a stone throw away and was very clean. The villa was situated in a quiet area which was just what we were looking for from the holiday. Very accessible to Moraira by car or taxi. Lovely place with some really nice restaurants and small bars. Not to touristy which was great. Overall great holiday and I would definitely return.

Thank you for taking time out to write a review of our property. It is much appreciated. One thing that people say quite often is "how classy" Moraira is. It's certainly not loud and bawdy like a lot of people expect of Spain. More for young families and romantic getaways I would say. "Exceeded all expecations - magnificent and highly recommended"

We had a wonderful stay at Sunnycasa. We have two young children so needed lots of space. Its very well furnished with all the amenities you could possibly want on holiday, even a garage where there were plenty of beach toys we could use for the children. Breakfast out on the garden terrace was superb and having an upper terrace for evening drinks was lovely. Steve the owner was extremely helpful throughout and there are lots of guides and maps in the house should you need them. The location was excellent, it only took 10 minutes to drive to the centre of Moraira. The Swimming Pool is just across the road and very quiet and relaxing, again it was a perfect size pool and paddling pool for young children. When we next go to Spain, we won't hesitate to book Sunnycasa again!

We are so pleased that you had such a good time and found the villa to your complete satisfaction. You told me when you came home that the weather had not been as perfect as we expect in August, so we are even more pleased to hear that you had a great time. Please come back....we love people who leave the villa clean and tidy!! Thank you.

"Excellent villa in a quiet location"

This villa was light and airy had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, spacious, and the air-con was very welcome on the hot August days. The private garden was lovely for eating and sitting. The pool which was just over the road was clean and well maintained, and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. The area around Benetachel has some beautiful beaches, and stunning views from hill top roads and paths. The booking process was simple and Steve, the owner, was very friendly and attentive.

Thank you for your great review. You were excellent guests and we would be pleased to welcome you back to stay at any time in the future.

"A lovely comfortable home from home"

We really enjoyed our stay in Sunnycasa. The villa was spotlessly clean and was well equipped, a home from home. The air conditioning was most welcome and the kids enjoyed the chance to catch up with sky sport after a day at the beach. The pool is near the villa and a lovely spot to spend the afternoon, although we visited in August it was never busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. The garden and patios are lovely spots to enjoy the views with a glass of wine in the evening.. We would definetly recommend Sunnycasa. The property is well located although a car is neccessary to get into town.

Thank you for your very objective comments. We try to provide value for money whilst achieving exactly what you have described. We want our guests to enjoy a 'home from home' experience and a car is almost essential just as you said.

"Home from home in a lovely landscape"

The house itself is very comfortable both upstairs and down and everything was well-maintained and working.That goes for the attractive garden and patio area too where we sometimes ate outside.It is an absolute essential to have a car as one will have to drive to local amenities and to Moreira and other resort towns.Moreira itself is delightful although the house itself is in Benitachell..There are steps down to the door and the road outside is steep but it all adds to the character of the place.We thoroughly enjoyed holidaying in this area and it was good to come back to this lovely house.Plenty of eating places nearby and lots to do locally.

"Great villa in good location with lovely views"

A villa with excellent facilities near the town of Moraira. It had everything our group of 3 couples needed for our 60 th celebration week in the sun. We barbecued 2 or 3 times and ate out the other evenings in Moraira- which has an excellent selection for all tastes and budgets. The barbecue and patio area was perfect for a relaxing evening enjoying some Spanish wine. The bedrooms are a good size and with 2 bathrooms having 6 in the property is just fine. The large communal pool is close by and when we used it we had it virtually to ourselves. Moraira is a lovely town with more Spanish visitors than other countries. It is possible to walk into town but its uphill on the way back so either a taxi or your hire car is needed. We often drove into town in the evening, left the car in the car park and took a taxi back, walking down to collect it in the morning

"A memorable holiday"

This was our second visit to Sunnycasa and it was just as good as the first. The accomodation is excellent and in a beautiful area of Spain. Convenient for exploring unspoilt countryside, coastal resorts or just enjoying the local amenities, bars, shops and restaurants. A hire car is recommended but there are some lovely walks too. And the weather is wonderful at this time of year. The area also boasts some challenging golf courses which we enjoy.

"Just Perfect"

We stay at Sunny Casa every year and have to say we have the most wonderful stay each time. The house has everything you need and the pool within the complex is superb (clean, safe and quiet). It is clean, spacious and just perfect. Moraira has beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants, but the house has BBQ facilities and a well equiped kitchen if you just fancy a quiet night in with a bottle of Cava on the terrace!! Thank you Steve and Sandra!!

"Lovely peaceful location"

Great place to stay if you are looking to get away from it all. Fantastic house and great amenities. Pool area well kept and quiet. Make sure you get good directions to find this place and if travelling on a Sunday take some food and water. Local beach not far and not too busy.

Thank you for your objective comments. We are reviewing our travel directions to eliminate any future problems. In our information pack there are details of a 24/7 supermarket called Opencor situated in Moraira. I truly hope you will stay again at our holiday home some time soon.
