Villa Piloto 3 Bed 2 Bath detached villa with private pool & airconditioning on the outskirts of Moraira with shops, bars restaurants 200m walk, panoramic views across vineyards and mountains In a quiet area, but close to the many facilities of Moraira.
Large Lounge/diner with UK sat TV DVD & Music system.and WI FI internet, Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, & fridge freezer,dishwasher. Bedroom 1.double with en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2.large twin room with fitted wardrobes, Bedroom 3. triple with fitted wardrobes, a further bathroom is between the two. There is also a large terrace and built in BBQ surrounding the 8x4m private pool Bars/restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance

The villa is equipped with everything you will need. The rental includes clean sheets, bath,hand towels,and bath mats for each week of your stay. We are available 24hrs a day for any problems or advice - not matter how small. We solve any problems quickly and efficiently with our dedicated team to ensure your stay is trouble free.

Grounds of the Villa are completely walled in and private, with private parking, making it ideal for families with small children. There are ample sunbeds around the large private pool and terrace area,that is gated from the villa, with a built in BBQ.

Price includes gas, electricity,air con, linen and towels . Insurance is not included and is recommended. You will be met at the villa by our English Management Company, who will show you around the villa and will be on call 24/7 should you have any problems. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the remaining 70% due eight weeks weeks before arrival. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required to be paid on arrival which will be refunded immediately after inspection on departure and return of keys.Smoking is only permitted outside Arrive 4pm Depart 10 am

The Moraira area

Moraira is a small cosmopolitan town, boasting a number of bars, restaurants & cafes to satisfy most gastronomic tastes from a full English to delicate seafood or hearty steaks, in fact menus from most countries and continents. Also a marina and port and a sandy beach, The beach well maintained with calm waters, ideal for families. Sun beds and parasols are available to hire. Friday sees the arrival of the weekly market selling a wide range of fresh produce & goods from all over Spain. In the summer months, evening craft markets line the streets, There are several good supermarkets, a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding.
Wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. also driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia is also a good day out.
For children there is a fairground in Moraira with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.

There is a good go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away

“Lovely week away!!” A nice villa in a good location, close to supermarket & local restaurant, car hire needed though!!
