About the home

This villa is perfect for a 'get away from it all' holiday but yet only a few minutes drive away from the local ameneties. Spacious and beautifully presented, this property is a home from home. The villa is on two levels. The upper level comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned lounge/dining room leading off to the naya and sun terrace with dining furniture and sun beds and an air conditioned double bedroom with shower room. From there the stairs lead down to the lower level with air conditioned double bedroom, air conditioned twin bedroom with 3 single beds and full bathroom. From this level the pool and terrace can be accessed. The pool has lights for night time swimming and the pool terrace is also equipped with lighting. The villa is equipped with internet access.

The covered naya has comfortable dining furniture and a BBQ so that guests can enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and dine al fresco. The adjoining sun terrace has relaxing furniture to make sure that you take that well earned rest.

From April the weather begins to warm up nicely with July and August being the hottest. The temperature is still very warm until the end of October. The winters are very mild and this year in February and March we have experienced up to 25 degrees. Making Spain a good all year round holiday choice .

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are gloriously golden beaches and numerous coves & bays to be found along the coast, while just a short distance inland the scenery is rugged and spectacular.

This villa is ideally situated for guests wishing to explore Javea, Benitachell and Moraira, the beaches being only 5 minutes drive away. Situated 5 minutes drive away from Javea Golf Club, 15 minutes drive from La Sella Golf Club, Denia. The beautiful village of Benitachell is only 2 minutes drive away as is a large supermarket. Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive by car where you can enjoy Terra Mitica - a large fun park with some of the largest rides in Europe, the recently opened Terra Natura - a wildlife park, Aqualiandia - a themed water park and Mundomar - an animal water park. Guests will be far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy the local day and night life on offer.

The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area

For those wanting a peaceful setting to relax in amongst stunning scenery but within easy reach of the nearby lively resorts with their bars, restaurants, shops and clubs, Cumbre del Sol is the ideal location for families, groups and couples alike.

The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.
Javea Golf Club is a five minute drive away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on the full length 9-hole course. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. There is a practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. Then perhaps a meal and a drink afterwards on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the Montgo mountain. The bar and food service is excellent. We highly recommend it. La Sella Golf Club, Denia is only a 15 minute drive away and is located next to the Montgo Nature Reserve it has unparalleled views of the countryside, with the mountains as a backdrop. The course itself is set in Mediterranean woodlands, and overall is an attractive offering. An 18 hole par 72 course of balanced difficulty, La Sella has proved popular both amongst locals & visitors to the area. Facilities at the club include; Club house, restaurant & cafeteria, sauna, changing rooms, & tennis courts. In addition the La Sella horse riding school operates nearby. So after a grouling 18 holes why not treat yourself to a well earned drink in the club house.

Casa Marisol is situated on Cumbre del Sol, just outside the town of Benitachell/Benitaxel.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia airports then take E15/A7 motorway to junction 62 or 63 then follow the signs to Benitachell and Javea - detailed instrcutions sent upon payment of final balance. The journey from the airport is approximately 1 hour.

Why not take advantage of budget airlines who fly any day of the week or travel by car.

Above all, take advantage of the fantastic climate which in general is very mild during the winter and very hot during the summer months. The sun is always shining.

“Fantastic villa” Fantastic villa, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others! Had everything you could possibly need, from DVD player to lightbulbs! Also Deena and her husband were very helpful and will will be using them again for future holidays.

A non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental price is required at time of booking. The final rental balance plus a security deposit of £300 (to cover damage to the property and its contents) and final clean and laundry charge is payable not less than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period.

The security deposit will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure.
