About the home

This is a luxury villa on two floors in all respects. Equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The top level has an elegant lounge/diner and two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dish washer, hob, oven and microwave. The lower level is a completely self contained apartment with two bedrooms with, en suite bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining area/lounge. The garden is very attractive with a kidney shaped pool and barbeque. Parking is private within the grounds.

Available to rent either 2 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms on both floors.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.
The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.

The Moraira / Benitachell area

All the local towns have their origins in fishing and grape growing and much of this is still to be seen places such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Javea and Denia. They all celebrate the religious holidays and Moors and Christians fiestas that offer the visitors breathtaking street parades. For the family there is a wide range of restaurants and beaches nearby.

“Absolutely fabulous” Only required the top level of the building, but had full use of the pool and hot tub (mmmm), as the lower accommodation was unoccupied. Very relaxing: Super view; South or S.West facing (for those who wish to sunbathe) and just a few minutes by car (essential, by the way) to Moriara, a really nice village, unspoiled by tourism (so far) and easy access to other local villages. I would recommend this to anyone/group, who are looking for piece and quiet, with more lively action just 10 minutes away! Would definately go back.
