Located 10-15 minutes walk to Moraira town, this large secluded villa is an oasis of tranquility. Walk (5mins) to nearby bars and (good) restaurants or just enjoy that complimentary Cava on the terrace with its sea view. The house is fully equiped for outside living popular in this region which has 320 sunny days a year. There are three good beaches in Moraira which is a small up-market town on a beautiful unspoilt (no high rises) part of the Costa Blanca.
The house is laid out across 3 levels, 2 master suites upstairs, open plan living area and additional terrace downstairs and third bedroom plus WC. Downstairs twin bed room, bathroom, utility room, garage and games room. Games room has table tennis and table football (small). There is a small dvd library (English and Spanish films).

Tranquil garden has lawned area, mature lemon, pomegranate and olive trees. Outside shower, low chlorine (you should not notice it) heated pool with contra flow jet for swimming. High quality sun loungers provided.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Unspoilt part of Costa Blanca (no high rises), Blue Flag beaches, beautiful coastline and 320 sunny days a year. Many interesting nearby towns (Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm) plus smaller ones such as Javea, Calpe. Great for everything do to on (or in) the water, boating, diving, jet-skiing etc. Nearby port (15 minute walk from the villa).
The Moraira / Cometa area
Great for everything do to on (or in) the water, boating, diving, jet-skiing etc. Nearby port (15 minute walk from the villa. Three nearby beaches, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Four nearby golf courses, go-karting, stunning peninsulars (many are in National Parks) with great views so good coastal walks too.
