About the home

The villa is furnished to a high standard and has a lounge with dining area, separate fully fitted kitchen complete with appliances. Cloakroom with WC.

Stairs to upper level leading to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (Master bedroom has en suite bathroom and door to private terrace with lovely views). Lower level has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Air Con and ceiling fans.

There is a separate guest annexe, close to the main house and pool, with 1 double bedroom, bathroom and lounge area. PLEASE NOTE THE VILLA SLEEPS 10 NATURALLY BUT THERE ARE 3 EXTRA SOFA BEDS WHICH CAN SLEEP A FURTHER 6 PEOPLE - HENCE 16 IN TOTAL
The villa has superb outside space with landscaped, terraced gardens, covered naya and large sun terrace, private 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps, fantastic outside fully equipped summer kitchen and dining area with TV and stereo. A perfect chill out area for those lazy days around the pool and 'al fresco' dining.
Off road parking via electric gates.

There are some steps from the driveway and approx. 4/5 steps from the terrace and pool area to the entrance to the main living area of the villa.

The Moraira / El Portet area

El Portet is a quiet seaside village, just over 1 kilometer from Moraira, and within easy walking distance of Moraira and are also very family friendly, cleaned daily and have lifeguards. It is in a quiet, sheltered bay with a gently sloping, sandy bathing beach. There is a superb view along the beach to Calpe, and inland there are pine clad mountains.

In the village of Portet there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants. El Portet is in a sheltered bay within walking distance of Moraira. Both El Portet and Moraira have a rather upmarket feel with nothing to be seen of the high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain.

Gently shelving sandy El Portet beach has beautifully warm clean clear water ideal for swimming. The lovely narrow sandy beach is ideal for children, and is backed by a handful of beach bars serving food and drink.

Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 10 minute drive. Market day is Friday.

The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.

There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive)and Valencia airport is 130km to the north.

The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
