Casa Caligari is in an excellent location, on a small community of 10 privately owned villas, with a shared 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool. The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining room and has satellite TV and plenty of reading material.
The apartment is very nicely furnished with everything you need for a great holiday.
The modern kitchen is well fitted with a hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, cuttlery and crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, both have en suite with walk in showers.
The patio area has a built in BBQ with table and seating for alfresco dining, and has a lockable gate.
Casa Caligari has been enjoyed for 8 years by owners and clients alike, many clients come back year after year.
The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful safe beach of El Portet, and approximately 15 minutes walk from the town centre of Moraira, with it's many shops, restaurants and bars.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Casa Caligari is about 1 hour's drive north from Alicante airport, it is possible but expensive to take a taxi, but car hire here is relatively cheap and the car can be collected at the airport. Along the coast are a number of attractive resorts and bays, Calpe and Javea are the most notable. Inland there are some spectacular mountain roads and walks, and the beautiful Jalon vally, which has a number of excellent restaurants for a leisurely lunch. Also the bright lights of Benidorm are about 30 minutes drive away. Along the coast there is a splendid narrow gauge railway, which runs between Alicante and Denia, the nearest station is in Teulada about 6 kilometres away.
Moraira / El Portet area
El Portet has an attractive small bay with a safe sandy beach, backed by a couple of bars and restaurants, the views along the coast are wonderful, and as there are no roads passing through, there is no traffic to disturb the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a small supermarket / general store for immediate necessities. The town of Moraira is about 15 minutes walk from El Portet and has a full range of shops and a really good selection of restaurants and cafes, many of the shop keepers speak English so shopping is easy. There are a number of banks and market day is on a Friday. Moraira has a large marina and another safe sandy beach.
How to get there
The nearest international airport is Alicante, Casa Caligari is located about 1 hour's drive north on the the AP7 motorway in Moraira. Valencia airport is about one and a half hour's away, also along the AP7.
Most budget airlines fly into Alicante or Valencia airports.

Further details indoors: The lovely ground floor apartment has a large comfortable lounge/dining room, a new fully fitted modern kitchen, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both en suite with new walk in showers. There are fans in all rooms for the summer and the apartment is centrally heated for winter holidays. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly, but please bring your own beach towels. Families with young children are particularly welcome, as we provide, cots, a high chair and baby bath at no extra cost.
Further details outdoors: The lounge opens onto a private patio area, which is complete with patio dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, there are also further sun loungers and chairs. The patio area is safe for children as there are no steps to fall down, and it has a lockable gate.

Bookings in the summer months are Saturday to Saturday, but mid week bookings and longer lets will be considered at other times of the year. The upper floor is the owners apartment and is never let.
Conditions
A 30% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. The balance of the rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. It is a condition of our accepting your booking that you have travel insurance.
