The luxury accommodation is on 3 levels with 5 en suite bedrooms, (4 of which have sea views). Large open plan lounge with dining area and fully fitted kitchen area. Large picture windows to take full advantage of the breathtaking views across the bay.

Balconies and spacious sun terraces on to the 10m x 5m pool. Covered naya with seating areas, Barbecue house with full outside kitchen, garden, electric gates to driveway with secure parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Moraira / El Portet area

El Portet is a quiet seaside village, just over 1 kilometer from Moraira, and within easy walking distance of Moraira and are also very family friendly, cleaned daily and have lifeguards. It is in a quiet, sheltered bay with a gently sloping, sandy bathing beach. There is a superb view along the beach to Calpe, and inland there are pine clad mountains.

In the village of Portet there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants. El Portet is in a sheltered bay within walking distance of Moraira. Both El Portet and Moraira have a rather upmarket feel with nothing to be seen of the high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain.

Gently shelving sandy El Portet beach has beautifully warm clean clear water ideal for swimming. The lovely narrow sandy beach is ideal for children, and is backed by a handful of beach bars serving food and drink.

Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 10 minute drive. Market day is Friday.

The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.

There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
