The apartment is COMPREHENSIVELY FITTED in anticipation of all your requirements with many unlisted extras, however, to make continued improvements, we would welcome your return comments so that we may naturally improve the facilities for future guests. There is a selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs(some multi-lingual) with Satellite TV with English and SKY channels for your enjoyment. There is the benefit of air-conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom. Both bedrooms have co-ordinated furniture and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom benefits from a KING-SIZE bed and both this room and the lounge have PATIO DOORS accessing the sun terrace. The apartment has a large comfy bed settee so that it can accommodate 5/6 persons. The dining table expands to seat 6 persons, additional seating is available.
In addition to the air-cond units doubling up as heaters there are also 2 portable heaters so any guests staying for the winter months will be quite cosy. Unlike a lot of other holiday rental properties guests will find during winter months or extended stays that they will also have all the comforts of home as this property has been extremely well furnished with comfort in mind. This has regularly been commented upon and as a consequence we continue to take repeat bookings and recommendations by previous guests. Why not come and try it for yourself? What you see advertised is what you get when you arrive, there is no disappointment where the apartment does not match the advertisement.

For the LARGE, PRIVATE, SUN TERRACE there is quality colour co-ordinated furniture, table with 4 standard chairs, 2 reclining chairs(1 with footrest), 2 sunbeds, all with padded cushions, large sun umbrella, 2 small tables. There are 2 award-winning, infinity cascading community pools for the exclusive use of the owners and guests. The pool design is an optical illusion and conforms to safety standards. There are some sun beds at the pool area. Additionally there is another community pool (a short drive away) by the pub/restaurant area. The sun terrace is large but still retains privacy and has the most wonderful, 180 degree panoramic views of the coastline and the Mediterranean. The apartment is south-easterly facing so enjoys the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The premises have the advantage of an alarm and security doors/locks and grills being fitted and is situated in a quiet area with no traffic noise.

There is a cool bag with picnic crockery together with beach chairs and a smaller beach brolley. We have tried to cater for your funtime and you will find beach mats and beach toys such as football, quoits, assorted bats and rackets, buckets and spades, snorkelling gear and much, much more. This should assist you having a wonderful holiday and hopefully minimise what you need to bring with you or purchase whilst here.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is priced for up to and including 4 persons, however, it can accommodate 5/6 persons for a small additional charge . There is 1 bathroom with a shower overhead. This is a non-smoking apartment, however, smoking is permitted on the sun terrace. There are some steps down to the apartment which may/may not be suitable for disabled persons. Parking is on Vistamar Street which just for the owners and guests. Cots and high chairs can be hired locally for a small fee and early reservation is recommended during high season.
To ensure exclusivity to the owners and guests for the infinity swimming pools and security, the Community Committee restricts the number of pool and street gate keys issued. Only one key is issued per apartment and regretfully if lost, guests must pay the full cost to replace which is is set by the Community Committee to maintain this exclusivity.
CHECK-IN DAYS ARE FLEXIBLE FOR YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHEAPER MID-WEEK FLIGHTS.
A welcome pack can be arranged should you require it for £20 to include tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, packet of biscuits, milk, eggs(6), orange juice, bottled water, packet of cereals. This might be useful for guests arriving on Sundays or late evening flights. Please advise if this service is required.
All guests are requested to read the Welcome booklet on arrival so that they are familiar with the area, th e house rules and the rules of the community.
Conditions
Sorry, no pets allowed. There is a fee of £150 breakages/damages/loss of goods deposit required with the balance. This will be refunded within 14 days once the on-site keyholder has satisfactorily checked the apartment. The apartment occupancy is from 4.00pm and vacation to be by 10.30am. Earlier occupation/later vacancy is at the discretion of the local keyholder. Approx 4 weeks prior to departure please advise us of flight details so that this information can be passed onto the local keyholder.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Cumbre Del Sol, known as the “mountain of sun” or “summit of sun” is situated in a semi-residential area nestling between the “jewels” of Costa Blanca, being the up-market areas of Moraira and Javea together with the towns of Calpe, Altea and Denia being easily accessible. The panoramic views are breathtaking and when you visit you will not be disappointed. This is an area of outstanding beauty and noted as one of the prettiest areas of the Costa Blanca region for its’ picturesque scenery.
Vistamar offers you everything you could possible want for your perfect holiday, in a stunning location and is perfectly situated for access to some of the best resorts on the Costa Blanca. This part of Spain is recognised by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places in the world and is ideal for all year round visiting.
The Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
All the amenities you would expect in such a quality location are available, Pepe La Sal supermarket, a bank with ATM facility, restaurants and pharmacy are near to hand. There are 2 shopping areas within Cumbre Del Sol offering a variety of shopping and eating facilities including the La Cumbre restaurant which is a quality dining experience. The area is well developed and as it is semi-residential you will find in winter months that facilities remain open.
Nearby at Benitachell and Moraira there are Mas y Mas supermarkets and a Mercadona Supermarket is located between CDS & Moraira. As the airlines now charge for your hold luggage we advise our potential guests that these supermarkets are well stocked offering a good range of food products, toiletries and suncreams including many UK branded items which should minimise the amount of goods needed to be brought from the UK. . There are plenty of restaurants nearby offering good value meals. The local beach situated within Cumbre Del Sol is the naturally beautiful Cala de Moraig with clear turquoise water that is excellent for diving.
Benitachell is a tranquil small town with a church that dominates on the hilltop. Originally an Arab outpost it has a stunning coastline formed by a continuation of high cliffs that descend vertically into the sea.
One of the things you will notice about the whole area, is that is has avoided mass development as often seen on the Costas. It has quite simply retained a pleasant feel to the sympathetic development that has taken place. There is no high rise, loud music, mass of discos or tourism, overall a very pleasant setting. Nearby is Moraira that was once a fishing village but is now an up-market resort with beautiful beaches(many being child friendly) and harbour. There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from. Like a lot of Spain, Moraira has its’ history of being invaded, take time to find out about its’ past. Market day is Friday. The coastal drive from Moraira to Calpe is particularly scenic.
Visit Calpe with its’ famous “Rock de Ifach” that towers about 300m above the town. Why not pay a visit to one of the superb fish restaurants? Further down the coast is the resort of Altea, the old town is very quaint and retains a Spanish feel to it and Benidorm is about 30 minutes away with its' Terra Mitica fun park and Mundomar Sea World.
Just to the north of Cumbre Del Sol, within 10 minutes easy drive is Javea which is split into 3 parts, the Arenal, the port and the old town. The Arenal attracts the tourists with its’ very large curved beach and is ideal for children. It has numerous restaurants, offering both local and international fayre. There are ample choices of shops and boutiques etc for holiday makers to purchase that ideal souvenir. The port speaks for itself and a little further away is the old town. Explore by walking down the narrow little streets and get a feel for the old town. Market day is Thursday. There are many festivities throughout the year that visitors can enjoy. Follow the Carretera Del Denia coast road north towards Denia and you pass through the scenic Parc Natural Del Montgo. There are some popular walks in this national park. Visit Gata de Gorgos, famed for its’ wicker work.

In Moraira and/or Javea, there is tennis, Javea Golf Club, 10-pin bowling, fishing, diving, jet skis, windsurfing, sailing, birdwatching, plenty of shops and restaurants
Within approx 30 mins, safari park, ferries to the Balerics, Terra Mitica, Aqualanda, Mundo Mar (Sea World), bowling, more golf courses, Jalon Valley, Benidorm, Altea, Guadalest and many pretty Spanish towns and villages.
Why not visit the local scenery used for the the new Bruce Willis thriller "The Cold Light of Day" (commenced filming in September 2010, due for release April 2012) on location in Granadella, Moraira, Denia and surrounding area.
The apartment has been furnished with plenty of maps and leaflets to assist you in locating these places of interest to make your stay more pleasurable.
There are numerous festivals in all the surrounding villages and towns througHout the year - why not join in and surprise yourself how much fun it is. The Spanish people are very welcoming and invite you to participate in their traditions and culture.
Valencia is both old - being contained within the old city walled area - and exciting by being innovative in its futuristic designs of the Oceanographic and Science Museum areas. It is a very beautiful, compact and accessible city and definitely worth visiting. Valencia was the holder of the Americas Cup and the European section of the Grand Prix in 2008 and 2009

DIRECTIONS
The 2 airports servicing this area are Alicante and Valencia airport being approx 1 hour and 1 ¼ hours respectively. Several airlines from various airports within the UK fly to this region. A car is considered essential for this area.
From either Alicante or Valencia take the A7/E15 motorway to junctions 63 or 62 respectively and then follow signs via Tuelada or Javea onto Benitachell and Cumbre Del Sol. Full details will be issued on booking
Nearest railway station – Tuelada – approx 6 km. Ferries – Denia approx 20 km
There are plenty of car hire companies at the airports offering deals. Some of the car hire at Valencia is off-site collection with a courtesy bus service. It is advisable before leaving the UK to check if your collection point is on site/off site at the airport. If off-site it is recommended that you obtain a map before leaving the UK to ensure ease upon returning the car to your chosen rental company. At Valencia airport also check which level the car rental buses collect you from.

We were recommended the apartment from our friends Jo & Keith and were not disappointed. In fact we loved it that much we have been twice. The apartment is beautiful and clean, with everything you can ever need for your stay. This includes the use of beach/pool side furniture that you can take out of the apartment. The apartment has satellite television, games; DVD's everything you need to occupy the children when not out and about. The view from the balcony is worth the visit alone, so much so that when you are not poolside or at one of the beaches close by, you are sat taking in the view. A car is a must but then that gives you access to some lovely beaches, of which you are spoilt for choice and lots of great restaurants at very reasonable prices. If home cooking is your preference then the local supermarket offers a great choice of foods and the apartment has everything you need to prepare a meal you can enjoy out on the balcony taking in the view. We often ate on the balcony watching the sun go down. The pool is fantastic and the view from within the pool is stunning. There are pools on two levels ensuring you are never worried about not being able to enjoy it. Mr & Mrs Lawton make the whole renting experience a pleasure. They are polite and friendly and provide you with all the information you need to have a wonderful holiday. The apartment contains lots of brochures on areas around the apartment and specifically where people have been and there rating/opinion. This helps greatly when trying to identify which of the great places to visit or dine at. We really like El Casario. Great food and great value for money. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, so much so that my wife and I have looked into purchasing one. We had a great relaxing holiday. Wonderful place, wonderful views, wonderful holiday.
