This villa has plenty of outside seating areas, private pool and sunbeds, two BBQ's. The villa is very secure and child friendly. The urbanisation of Pla del Mar has a security guard who patrols the area regular for your safety. The villa is a few minutes walk into town and the beaches.
Indoors you have two lounges, an extra sunny naya, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and separate WC. The kitchen is in a country style with all the equipment you need for family meals at home.

Lower level adjacent to kitchen/lounge is a double bedroom with an extra single bed. This room has separate bathroom (round bath) and separate shower room toilet. Next to this room is a small separate WC.
Upstairs you have two double bedrooms, one twin room with 2 single beds and an ensuite shower toilet. The is a further single room with one bed. Also on this level is a separate lounge area (ideal for the children) and a further family bathroom.
Further details outdoors:
Outside the kitchen there is a large terrace with seating for 10 people - also access to the sunny naya with bar area. Further seating in the naya seats up to 6 people. On this terrace is a washing machine.
On the lower level of the garden there are two BBQ's and further seating with shaded areas. The private pool has plenty of space for sunbeds.
The garden has many levels is is quite private and secure and ideal for children to play safely.
Further details
This villa is ideal for large families. We prefer not to have same sex groups. Responsible couples would be considered.
Conditions
Smoking is not permitted within the villa but is ok outside the on the terraces.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Moraira enjoys its own micro-climate and enjoys over 300 days of glorious sunshine a year. In July and August months it can reach 40 degrees - so a cool inviting pool and two local beaches are essential.
The local history is endless and what better way to enjoy Spain by watching the many regular historical and religious fiestas and parades all year round in Moraira and all the surrounding villages and towns.

The urbanisation of Pla Del Mar has a dedicated security guard who patrols the area for your safety. There are two tennis courts available - 2 mins walk from the villa next to the urbanisation office. The villa is walking distance to town and local beaches, therefore a car is not essential.

The Villa is very large and is situated in an exclusive residential area of similar properties, it is in a quiet location and is withing walking distance to the town with its shops, good restaurants, Marina and lovely beach. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need, it is furnished to a very high standard,and there are lots of rooms which would suit families, and groups of friends. We were there for 2 weeks and the weather was really hot, the pool really came into its own as we needed to cool down and the water was so tempting. The water was warm and a good size, We had a totally relaxing holiday and can't wait to go back next year. |

Really pleased with the villa when we arrived. Location was great, we didnt have or need a car, town and beaches easily reached. Didnt realise what a boon the pool would be, kids spent hours and hours in it. There is also a tennis court over the hedge. The town itself is lovely, not too busy and full of families from a broad range of countries. |
