A single storey, detached villa situated in a quiet residential area - only 3km from the village of Moraira and its beaches and within easy walking distance of the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants of the Tabaira centre. The property is an ideal rental villa for families with young children or for those who find steps and inclines a problem.
A covered terrace provides shade to the front of the villa and main entrance and makes an attractive sitting area during those warm, Mediterranean summer days and evenings.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and occasional chairs and tables: open fireplace. The TV shows Sky, free-to-air digital satellite programmes and Spanish digital terrestrial channels. A DVD player, enables guests to watch their favourite movies and recorded programmes and a hi-fi for radio, cassettes and CDs provides entertainment for music lovers. A wide arch connects the lounge to a separate dining area furnished with table and seating for six: double doors lead out to the sun terrace and garden.
The kitchen has fitted cupboards and granite work tops and is fully equipped to cater for six people: having a gas cooker with four burners, a microwave oven / grill, toaster and coffee machine. A small annex off the kitchen contains the fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwsher and automatic washing machine. It also provides a handy storage area.
Through an arch, a short passage leading off the sitting room gives access to the rest of the house. The main bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted cupboards and a ceiling fan and has an en suite shower-room. The other two bedrooms - also furnished with twin, single beds - have portable fans and share the main bathroom. All three bedrooms have mosquito screens over the windows.

At the front of the villa, a secluded and spacious, paved terrace area links the villa and pool and provides plenty of space for sunbathing, etc. A circular, tiled, stone table and portable barbecue provide perfect facilities for al fresco dining. Sun loungers and plenty of terrace and garden furniture enable guests to get maximum advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The swimming pool is kidney shaped, measures 10' by 5 mts, and has a maximum depth of 2 mts and a minimum of 1 mt. It is kept fully maintained throughout the year, is fully tiled, and has integral, steps at one side of the shallow end that provide easy access to the water and also maximise the swimming area.
The villa is surrounded by an attractive and well-stocked garden that is fully enclosed and gated and gives a 'country cottage' feel to the property. The garden is planted with numerous mature palms, shrubs and citrus trees, these provide maximum privacy and seclusion to the pool and terrace areas. The gravel drive provides parking for 3 cars.

The villa is professionally cared for by a local, English owned and run villa management company. They will be on hand at all times during your stay to assist you with any query or problem that might arise.
The garden and pool are maintained throughout the year.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, its scenery, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
The area offers plenty to see and do. Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante, less than an hour's drive away. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The mountain towns and villages behind the coast are only a short distance from the major resorts but life there is a world away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
The Moraira / Camarrocha area
Once a tiny fishing hamlet, situated approximately midway between the cities of Alicante and Valencia, Moraira has now grown to become one of the most attracive and prestigious holiday centres of the northern Costa Blanca.
Fishing boats still sail from the port, and there is a daily market where their catch is sold, but their numbers are now far exceeded by the quantity of luxury yachts and pleasure craft that today use the port facilities and marina.
Small enough to be unaffected by mass tourism, and fortunate to have retained much of its original charm and character - no high rise devlopment has been permitted - this now vibrant and cosmopolitan holiday village offers the visitor an extensive range of shops bars and restaurants and plenty of entertainments to suit all age groups and tastes.

- 3 Beaches, all awarded European blue flag status, within minutes of the villa.

- Theme parks (Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar) and 'bright lights' of Benidorm only 40 minutes away.

Moraira lies approximately midway between Alicante and Valencia airports. Both airports are extremely well served by most major budget airlines that provide reasonably priced access throughout the year from most European cities.
The journey from either airport is extremely easy: it is almost all motorway and takes approximately 75 minutes. The villa is situated within a 10 minutes’ drive of ‘Salida 63’, the nearest motorway access point. Access to and from the area could hardly be easier. Detailed directions and arrival instructions will be provided to all guests.
