The accommodation is set on one level and only three steps separate the gated terrace from the pool area.
The living space is bright and airy, the three bedrooms are all comfortably furnished, air-conditioned and have mosquito nets on all windows.
The villa has full central heating and so offers ideal accommodation throughout the year for families young and old - those with young children or those who find difficulty with steps and inclines.

The hallway opens to a spacious, open-plan living area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, easy chairs and an attractive fireplace with open, log-effect gas fire. A remote-controlled ceiling fan will take the edge off the summer heat.
Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with satellite connection showing all British 'freesat' channels (including BBC and ITV), as well as Spanish digital programmes. A DVD player, i-pod dock provide further amusement and a permanent, unlimited wi-fi connection will enable guests to easily keep in touch with friends and work affairs.
A separate reading and sitting area links to the dining room which, like the lounge, has double doors that lead out to the covered and open sun terrace.
A wide arch and American style bar separate the dining area from the modern and fully fitted kitchen, stylishly finished with granite work surfaces and lime washed woodwork. Equipment includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, kettle and electric toaster.
The roomy master bedroom suite has a king-size double bed and modern furnishings plus a full, en suite, bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with twin, single beds and share a second full bathroom. Large double cupboards in each room provide plenty of storage space.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans and have mosquito nets and blinds on all windows.
The covered and open terrace has extensive views over the surrounding countryside. A wrought-iron gate at the end of the terrace ensures small children are easily kept away from the pool area when not supervised. The terrace is ideal for outside dining and a beautiful location to sit and just while away the time on hot summer afternoons.

The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 9 by 4 mts. Integral, tiled steps provide a Roman style end that adds a further 1.5 mts to the overall length. The depth graduates from 1 to 2 metres.
An adjacent, poolside shower and plenty of terrace and garden furniture - loungers, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs plus a portable, kettle barbecue - provide comfortable, outdoor living for all.
The villa stands within a fully enclosed and gated plot measuring approx a quarter of an acre.The garden is maintained throughout the year and has an automatic watering system. Gravel paths wind between beds stocked with a wide variety of Mediterranean shrubs, succulants and fruit trees which include orange, lemon, pomegranite, fig and pear.
The villa is professionally cared for by a local, British owned and run villa management company. They will be on hand at all times during your stay to assist guests with any query or problem that might arise.
The garden and pool are maintained throughout the year.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's main holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate, interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
The area offers plenty to see and do. The coastal towns of Calpe, Altea, Javea and Denia are all within 30 minutes' drive and well worth a visit. Benidorm, by far the biggest tourist centre of the coast, is around a 40 minute drive away. Its theme parks, including Terramitica (Spain's answer to Disneyland), Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Marine Park (sea world) offer children (and adults) a wide variety of activities
Not far inland the area is dominated by rugged mountains, cut by deep valleys and fertile plains that provide an impressive backdrop to the coastal landscape. The mountain towns and villages behind the coast are only a short distance from the major resorts but life there is a world away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
If you have the time to explore further afield Valencia, with its historic city centre, stunning 'City of Arts and Sciences' and spectacular aquarium 'Oceanografic', and Alicante, with its imposing 'Santa Barbara' castle, beautiful maritime 'Paseo' and elegant shops, are far too good to miss.
Moraira is simply a small, yet now bustling, Mediterranean port and an ideal location to spend a relaxing family holiday. There are no high-rise developments, no large hotels, no package tours and no large, noisy nightclubs. Development of the area has been closely regulated and is mostly in the form of privately-owned villas set amongst the rolling hills bordering the coast.
Moraira evolved as the fishing port for Teulada, and both the lookout tower (Torre-vigia) on Cap d'Or overlooking Moraira's El Portet beach, and the Castle are reminders of its past. The village has four beaches, each one different in character from the others. During the summer months all are cleaned daily. The beach of El Portet is situated in a small bay sheltered by the Cap d'Or headland; its clear and tranquil water and gently sloping seabed make it very safe for swimming and ideal for children. The Ampolla beach, closest to the town, offers an expanse of sand and is backed by a play area, beach bar and restaurant. Platgetes, further along the coast, is smaller, quieter and part sand / part rock. The fourth beach, L'Andrago, is composed of a mix of boulders and pebbles and is ideal for snorkelling. North and south of Moraira are a number of small coves and secluded bays that are worth exploring.
Fishing boats still sail from the port, and there is a daily market where their catch is sold, but their numbers are now far exceeded by the quantity of luxury yachts and pleasure craft that today use the facilities and marina.
Small enough to be unaffected by mass tourism, and fortunate to have retained much of its original charm and character, this vibrant and cosmopolitan holiday village has now become one of the most attractive and prestigious holiday centres of the northern Costa Blanca. Visitors are offered an extensive range of shops bars and restaurants and plenty of entertainments to suit all age groups and tastes.
All types of recreational facilities are available locally - tennis, surfing, wind surfing, water skiing, scuba diving, horse riding, walking, cycling, and swimming – and equipment can be hired locally at reasonable rates. Golfers will find three courses within a twenty to thirty minutes' drive of the village.

"Peace and tranquillity with restaurants and bars only a short stroll away."
We had a fantastic time in Moraira staying at Casa Alba. Everything about the villa was amazing.
It's all fitted out to a high standard. The kitchen/diner/lounge are perfect but to be honest we didn't spend much time inside. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace and could spend all evening out there as well if we wanted. We used the barbeque almost every day!
The pool is massive and someone came to clean it whilst we were there.
We walked into the town (village) 4 times whilst we were there even though we had the car and though it's not “on the doorstep” it is a very pleasant walk.
Overall it was a great holiday and we hope to go back to Casa Alba again this year!

Fab villa, everything there that one could possibly need, pool and balcony area really nice.
Loved the town with its many restaurants and bars. All in all a perfect placet for a relaxing holiday
