Home description
This house is an attractive, contemporary Mediterranean style villa of 300sq mts. It has 5 bedrooms and is situated in a great location with plenty of privacy. The home is comfortably furnished with a two well-equipped kitchens and three living areas; in the kitchen; there is even a juicer so you can enjoy fresh tropical drinks every day. The house has lovely tiling throughout and plenty of large living areas helping to give the home an inviting feel. Further to all this the house has several lovely terraces that are ideal for al fresco dining, private sunbathing. The BBQ/outside kitchen area is large and can accommodate all. There is also a charming pool area surrounded by palm trees.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca or the "white coast" is the 200km of coastline situated in the Province of Alicante on the eastern coast of Spain. The history of the region has been chequered, and in the Spanish War of Independence in the 1930s was strategically located.
The area has plenty of sandy beaches and beautiful coves to enjoy and it boasts numerous European Blue flag beaches; one of which is located within a 5 minute drive of the villa.
The weather in this region is declaimed by the World Health Organisation to be amongst some of the best in the world. The climate is warm and even in January and December the lows are only around 10° C. In the summer it is generally warm and sunny with highs of up to 30° C. The region is quoted as enjoying more than 2,800 hours of sunshine every year.
Moraira / Baladrar area
The town of Moraira is an old fishing village which has grown tastefully during the past few years, it enjoys the mediterranean sea on one side and a stunning mountain range on the other. It is a lovely small town, one of the nicest on the Costa Blanca, with many shops, restaurants and bars, Moraira has something for all age groups, and there are one or two late night bars/discos nearby but not in the village. The modern marina is a magnificent place to dine or watch the world go by. Boats can be rented nearby and there is the possibility of day chartering a luxury skippered sailing yacht when available. If there isn't enough in Moraira, within a 30-minute drive you can reach the hustle and bustle of Benidorm together with its theme parks, water parks etc, or the tranquillity of the mountains and countryside with zoos and wildlife parks.
