This large detached villa is ideal for a relaxed family holiday. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential close to Rustys restaurant overlooking fields and close to the beautiful beaches of Moraira and El Portet. There are 2 tennis courts, communal pool,restaurant and play area a 2 min walk away and a great shop a 1 min walk. Moraira is a lovely, peaceful small town/village. It has a small port with fishing boats and pleasure craft. Numerous restaurants of all kinds and several bars. There is a busy market every Friday and throughout the year there are many festivals, fiestas and special events. The firework displays are amazing. 6 bedroomed spacious villa with 10 x 5m pool and pool slide. Extensive, private gardens with several seating areasand BBQ,children's swing, children small snooker table, table tennis table and Wendy house. The top floor, sleeping up to 5 people is available to rent outside the summer period. There are 2 levels connected by an interior staircase and 2 exterior staircases. Upstairs there is a large lounge with dining area and satellite TV, well equipped kitchen, enclosed naya with table and chairs, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms . Downstairs is another large lounge, with separate sateliteTV',. Master bedroom with en suite, a double bedroom a bedroom with bunk beds and an additional bathroom. 2 separate sky TV systems with 20 channels. Plenty of seating inside and out. Babysitting available. Cleaning service available. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games to use during your stay. A great location and villa for families holidaying together. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca region of Spain has one of the best climates in the world, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine in an average year. One of the most beautiful towns in the Costa Blanca is Teulada-Moraira. Between the mountains and the sea, the wonderful climate of this specific area boasts an average yearly temperature of 18°C. Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica or an attendance in the Safariepark are worthwhile trips. Likewise a trip to Guadalest or to the Capo de la Nao - The easternmost point of Spain. Mundo Mar: Why not have a day out to Benidorm where, waiting for children and grown ups alike, you will find the Mundo Mar Marine and Exotic Animal Park. The Park is home to a wide range of creatures living in a simulated natural environment, and one of the highlights of the day is the dolphin show. With a Pirate ship on your right, dolphins in front of you, Benidorm skyline to your left, and a fantastic mountain range framing it all, it really is a memorable event. If your children have any energy left, they can play in the large playground area whilst you relax in the restaurant and bar that are located within the Park
Aqualandia: This Water Park is home to wild, seemingly endless waterslides and a multitude of water entertainments. It is located right next to Mundo Mar.
Terra Mitica: This spectacular Theme Park was opened in 2001, and will transport you and your family back to the Roman and Greek eras. The attractions include watershoots, one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe, wild water raft rides and themed shows, all of which help to make this an unforgettable day out.
Alternatively, you can spend a nice easy morning or afternoon rambling, hiking, or horseriding, or visit the coastal region of La Punta de l´Estrella. This area is full of wonderfully scenic views and there will be plenty of opportunities to get some memorable shots for the holiday album.

"Bienvenido" is not an unfamiliar word to the people of Moraira/Teulada. It means welcome in Spanish, and it is a warm welcome you will find here, in one of the nicest towns of the Costa Blanca region. To be exact, Moraira/Teulada are actually two towns that lie adjacent to each other, with Moraira situated on the coast and Teulada slightly inland. In total, almost 10,000 people live in this area. Looking firstly at Moraira, it was not that long ago that holidaymakers discovered this sleepy little fishing village, with its variety of gorgeous stony and sandy beaches that can be found both in the town itself and along the coastline. At that time, the villagers´ main livelihood was fishing, and their main diet consisted of eating the fish they caught. What used to be the fishermens´ storage huts have now been converted into picturesque houses.

Air conditioning and heating is available at a cost of £75 per week. The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival and linen changed on a Saturday. Extra cleaning is available, payable locally approximately 50 euros.
We can be flexible for changeover days outside peak periods and a discount is available for lets over 3 weeks.
