The spacious Living/Dining room is comfortably furnished in a Mediterranean style and leads onto a large south-facing sunny private terrace with amazing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The American kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with built-in oven/grill/extractor, gas/electric hob & fridge/freezer. Kitchen appliances include microwave oven, coffee percolator, juicer, toaster and kettle.
The apartment has the benefit of Air Conditioning (including warm air heating). TV/DVD including English channels (BBC/ITV/Sky).
There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed with sea-views and there is a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, wash hand basin, bidet & WC.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Facilities within 5 mins drive include a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, a restaurant with its own pool, a horse-riding centre and the picturesque cove of Cala Moraig (well known for it’s diving hole). Cala Moraig has a beach, restaurant/bar and car park. There are also country walks through the Grenadella Conservation zone.
Moraira is a small seaside town with a sandy beach, marina and an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The wonderful cove of El Portet is just next to Moraira.
In nearby Teulada you can catch the train which runs between Alicante and Denia.
The Jalon and Orba areas are approximately 30 mins drive away and feature a series of attractive hills and valleys with impressive mountain backdrops where you will come across several small and unspoilt towns.
The local agriculture includes orange groves, almonds, vineyards and olives and some of this produce can be bought fresh at the road-side from local traders. This is a wonderful area with outstanding natural beauty, deep-routed customs and genteel and hospitable pace of life.
The apartment is also equidistant between Alicante and Valencia and is accessible from both airports. Both cities are well worth a visit.
Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
Javea is a larger seaside town which has three distinct areas: the Old Town, the Port and the long sandy beach (Arenal).
Both Moraira and Javea have weekly open-air markets and can be reached from the apartment in approx. 10 - 15 mins by car.
Benidorm (approx 40 mins drive) is famous for its nightlife, Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Valencia, approx driving time 1hr 20 mins. Cheap flight now available from most major and provincial airports. Car Hire is essential if not usuing your own car - avaialble from either airport.
