The accommodation is on one level and has a glazed naya leading to lounge with dining area, wood burner. Separate fully equipped fitted kitchen. Both bathrooms have recently been refurbished with high quality fittings, the family bathroom has a walk in shower and the en suite bathroom has bath with shower over. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and new air conditioning units. The 8 x 4m pool with Roman steps and sun terrace are very private, not overlooked and have all day sunshine. Pergola, BBq and 6 sun loungers and beach towels are provided.

Conditions
Changeover days are Saturdays (alternative days will be considered) and it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required and will be reimbursed providing no damage is found or excessive cleaning is required.

The Moraira / Pla del Mar area
Moraira is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira is a popular holiday destination for European visitors staying in holiday villas in Moraira. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters.
Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. The area has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful un-spoilt scenery. In the evenings there is a great relaxed nightlife with locals and visitors coming together to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions.
As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca.
Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.

Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr by car and Valencia Airport approx. 1hr 20 minutes. Use of a car is essential as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. On arrival we were greeted by a very warm welcome from the property manager the villa looked much better than the pictures it was immaculate and so clean.The pool is not overlooked which was very mportant to us and it was so quite and relaxing the views were fantastic.Morairia is agreat place no rowdy teenagers just families strolling allong and relaxing. |
