Moraira / Tabaira area
There are a small number of bars, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the property ( 800 yrds). Moraira town and beach are within five minute drive (1.7 tenths of a mile ). Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants and numerous bars. All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning and is low rise. The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina where you have the opportunity to feed local fish and sample the catch of the day. There is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sunlounger’s and parasols are available for sun worshippers. The athletes can water ski, jet bike or wind surf while those preferring a more relaxing time can enjoy a drink at the local coast cafe. Further details indoors: The lounge is air-conditioned and well furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, dining table, chairs and coffee table. A storage cupboard provides iron, ironing board, Hoover etc. The large kitchen has every modern appliance you could possibly need. The main bathroom has bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Bedroom one /two have twin beds and furniture. The master room is air-conditioned, double bed, furniture and en-suite. The villa has a separate air-conditioned apartment with its own double bedroom, lounge, showeroom, kitchenette with most modern appliances and cooking utensils. It is not let separately.
Further details outdoors: The pool side BBQ area will permit any male visitors to demonstrate their no doubt'superior culinary talents'!?! It has plancha, table, chairs, sun lounger’s and parasols. The spacious well kept garden has three terraces which is perfect for both sun worshippers and those preferring to relax in the shade.
Conditions
30% deposit is to be paid upon booking. The retainer is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A damage retainer of 300 pounds is to be paid along with the final amount which is refunded as long as no damage is incurred
