It has been enjoyed for 7 years, from new, as a personal holiday home by its owners, who love the area so much they are now living permanently near by. If you, like them, are looking for a peaceful location with beautiful views of mountains and sunsets, within easy reach of Moraira Village Centre (3km) and its lovely beaches then "Caseta Margarita" is just what you are looking for.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
You can expect lots of sunshine all year round and very little rain in this beautiful region of Spain. The scenery is breathtaking, with luscious green mountains and valleys, vineyards and various fruit trees covering acres of land along the Costa Blanca coast and further inland.
Some places you might like to visit during your stay that are in easy reach of Moraira and between Alicante and Valencia:- Denia, Javea, Benitachell, Teulada, Jalon Valley, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm. What all these places have in common is their weekly outdoor markets, Fiestas and Fire Works. The Spanish love to celebrate. To make life easier for you, local maps and other useful information about where to visit and their main attractions will be awaiting you at “Caseta Margarita”.
If you fancy a change from driving you can always board the local FGV train that runs from Alicante to Denia on the Costa Blanca’s own narrow gauge line, 15 times a day. Sit back and enjoy the fantastic scenery on route to Calpe, Altea, Benidorm or Denia. The return fares are reasonably priced.
You could also enjoy a day in the historic city of Valencia, home of the 32nd America's Cup. Valencia is easily reached by travelling to Xeraco station by car and taking the train for the 2nd part of the journey, avoiding the hassle of parking in Valencia. Give yourselves the opportunity to feast your eyes on a confection of ceramic oranges, tiles and glittering mosaics of orange goddesses as you leave the RENFE station. A “Valencia Bus Touristic” guided tour could help you to discover the main places of interest. Valencia combines fascinating old buildings with some stunning modern architecture.
Moraira / Villotel area
Villotel is a small residential community of apartments and villas owned mainly by English people and just 3km from Moraira centre. The communal pool is one of the largest in the area and ideal for fun or serious swimming. There is a pool bar (open in high season) and 2 tennis courts which can be hired by the hour. A short drive away you will find a covered and heated municipal pool. A small supermarket and restaurant are also at the centre of the community. There is also a short walk to the next community where a new large supermarket "Mercadona" and 2 restaurants can be found. The “Alcazar” and “Rusty’s”, offer Spanish and English menus. The views from the Villotel properties and especially the pool area have to be seen to be believed.
25 years ago Moraira was a one street fishing village. It has managed to retain its charm whilst developing to accommodate tourism. Low rise properties and tastefully designed promenades ensure a clean safe environment for all its European visitors. As you wander around, taking in the delights of Moraira, you will note there is something for everyone. A European café culture intermingles with a traditional Spanish feel of the traditional Church square at the centre of the old town. Moraira boasts 2 EEC Blue Flag beaches and an impressive Yatch Club/Marina which awaits you at the end of the sea front. There are restaurants to suit every taste including Spanish, Chinese, Indian, French and English. Cafés and Bars are open all day if you prefer a snack or delicious tapas. Fashion shops cater for all tastes and styles. There is a large free car park just off the sea front which is used to hold the open-air market every Friday, which is one of the best in the area.

Cheap flights available from most UK airports to Alicante or Valencia. Airlines include Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Bmibaby, Flybe and Thompsonfly.

Further details indoors: The apartment has been newly furnished with comfort in mind. The open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area is very spacious. Glazed double doors open onto a private sun terrace where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views and savour alfresco meals.
The lounge area with feature Spanish Fire Place incorporates comfortable seating for 4, a good selection of holiday reading and a television. A large ceiling fan will keep you cool all day.
A very well equipped kitchen with American Style Bar is situated next to a pine dining table and 4 matching chairs. Welcome Pack of refreshments on arrival include English brands of tea and coffee.
Relax and chill out in the luxury double bedroom with en-suite facilities. You can sleep soundly in a comfortable double English bed. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for your belongings. The bedroom also benefits from a large ceiling fan and windows to the side and rear ensuring you remain cool during your stay.
A utility room with washing machine, drying and ironing facilities is situated at the rear of the apartment together with a large storeroom ideal for keeping those cases from under your feet.
Free standing radiators and an electric log fire are provided for your comfort during the low season.
Weekly change of bed linen and bath towels. Please bring personal beach towels.
Further details outdoors: Covered parking is available in our own garage situated on the ground floor below the apartment.
What’s great is that the apartment is only a 2 minute walk away from an excellent communal pool, tennis courts, supermarket and restaurant. If you fancy a 10 minute walk you will find 2 further restaurants at your disposal. No need to get the car out. Tennis rackets/balls and sun loungers available for your personal use.
You can always stay “at home” in "Caseta Margarita"and enjoy a meal on the terrace whilst watching the sun setting over the mountains
