As the lower level of the villa (apartment) sleeps 4 and the upper sleeps 8 it is perfect for families wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining their own space.

The main lounge comprises: wireless broadband internet and full UK HD tv channels including sports and movies Large modern leather sofas. A large separate contemporary dining room. It has a fully fitted kitchen which contains most modern appliances including dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed, en suite, plasma TV, SKY TV, DVD. Bedroom 2 has king size bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite facilities. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and wardrobes bedroom 4 has bunk beds. Quality matching linen and towels are provided.
The apartment which has access either internally by a spiral staircase or externally by use of separate entrance has: large lounge with two leather sofas one of which converts into a double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, separate bedroom with king size double bed and wardrobe.

Entertainment area - Brick built Bar /BBQ has trendy bar stools, tables, BBQ (gas with plancha) sink with hot/cold water, fridge, freezer, fan, microwave oven and good sound system.
Garden furniture - A stone set of table and chairs along with good quality sun loungers, parasols.
Facilities - Changing room with shower (hot water), toilet and sink. A separate shower is also in the garden. The garden has a beautiful lighting system at night.
Pool - Roman steps leading into the 8x4 metres private pool with safety pool fence.
Children's equipment extensive range including stair gates, high chair, cot, sterilising equipment, play house, slide and climb play area.
Gym - the boxercise gym has a cycling machine, punch bags, skipping ropes, bag gloves, ankle and wrist weights and a bench..

A 500 pounds damage retainer must be paid in cash to the management company on day of arrival which will be returned on day of departure in cash as long as no damage has been incurred.

This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year.
Moraira point: an imposing rock pointing due south which splits the coastline in two. To the north lies Portet beach, a beautiful inlet with clear waters perfect for learning to windsurf and a popular spot to moor boats and take a quick dip in the shade of the spinnakers.
Another pretty, sandy cove to the south and a wide, very popular beach lead on to a series of tiny, rocky inlets as far as the Benissa boundary which are perfect for diving. The marina is the hub of sailing activities and has a sailing school open at Easter and throughout the summer.
Places to visit include The Montgo Mountain Nature Park, The Rock of Ifac Nature Park, Jalon valley, Gata for wicker.
The Moraira area
Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning laws and is low rise.The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina.
The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day. There is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm ans shallow, ideal for families. Sun loungers and parasols are available for sun worshippers.
The three major theme parks 'terramitica, aqualandia, and mundamar' are only 25 mins away.
Javea is 10-15 min drive, Calpe is 20 min drive, Denia is 20 min drive. For a change of pace visit Benidorm which is a 30 min drive.
After enjoying the beach and cooling off in the sea, you can if you wish enjoy one of the many fiestas, for which Spain is renowned throughout the world.
In the Moraira/Teulada region, you will find different fiestas take place throughout the year. In preparation, the local people bake, cook, make fabulous costumes and organise huge firework displays. An interesting excursion from Moraira is to take one of the jet skis from the seafront between the fish market and Moraira castle and go on a tour of the coastline as far as Cabo de la Nao, a headland that offers fabulous views towards Javea.
Jetski rental costs 120 Eur for the hour or 70 Eur for 30 minutes. The excursions are from 9am till 11am and then from 11.30am till 1.30pm. To book in advance you can call 667 57 30 50 (they speak English).
Go to Ermita de San Juan at El Portet and take one of the walks along the headland. The helpful tourist information on the outskirts of Moraira will give you a handy map of the area.

On July 15th and 16th the patron Saint festivities in honour of the Mare de Déu del Desamparats and Mare de Déu del Carme are held in Moraira. FESTIVIDAD DE SAN VICENTE FERRER
The Teulada patron saint festival has a tight schedule of events, including street parades, concerts, open-air dances, bull runs, fireworks and morning petard awakenings.
Official and religious acts focus on Saint Vicent Ferrer, the most important being the procession that takes place on the Monday after Easter.

FIESTA DEL MOSCATEL
This is a festival for farmers, held after the muscatel grapes have been harvested and shipped off to domestic markets. Street dancing, muscatel wine tasting, and slide projections showing vineyard tending are scheduled. Events take place on the Avenida Las Palmas on the first or second Saturday in September.

We had a lovely time here in this viila, home from home . We were given all instructions and on arrival , we were met by a lovely man called stewart , who took us around the town and showed us where all shops, nice eating spots were !!! There is a super market at bottom of road . We found u could do as much or as little as u wanted to do !!!! We did not have a car , but we found a english speaking taxi firm , who were great if needed . There is a great market on a fri to !!. The villa was very child friendy and for those with babies or toddlers, great . We had five children in our party , who were older and they had a ball , There are toys in villa for little ones and by the pool , rubber rings and so on . What we like, is that if any problems we had a no to call ,and the people who live around villa were lovely to . A really lovely holiday and we are looking at booking again for next year .
