Villa soleada is a qualityair conditioned four bedroom villa set on two levels, the upper level comprises of lounge with sky tv, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The lower level is a studio apartment with a shower room and kitchen. Air-con is on all levels. The villa boasts a lovely pool with safety fence ideal for those with young children who wish to truly relax on holiday . A large terrace and BBQ/Bar area is also provided.
Villa Soleada is for families wishing to be very near amenities although having the privacy of a villa in secure peaceful grounds ( 2 mtr wall). The villa is situated in the best location in Moraira, 5 minute walk to the beach, local bars, cafes & a safe 10 -15minute walk to Moraira town along the beautiful coast road.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world.With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year.Moraira point: an imposing rock pointing due south which splits the coastline in two. To the north lies Portet beach, a beautiful inlet with clear waters perfect for learning to windsurf and a popular spot to moor boats and take a quick dip in the shade of the spinnakers. Another pretty, sandy cove to the south and a wide, very popular beach lead on to a series of tiny, rocky inlets as far as the Benissa boundary which are perfect for diving. The marina is the hub of sailing activities and has a sailing school open at Easter and throughout the summer. Places to visit include The Montgo Mountain Nature Park,The Rock of Ifac Nature Park, Jalon valley,Gata for wicker.

Moraira area

Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars.All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning laws and is low rise.The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina.The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day.There is a weekly Friday market.The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm ans shallow, ideal for families.Sun loungers and parasols are available for sun worshippers.
The three major theme parks 'terramitica, aqualandia, and mundamar' are only 25 mins away.
javea is 10-15 min drivecalpe is 20 min drive,denia is 20 min drive, For a change of pace visit benidorm which is a 30 min drive.
After enjoying the beach and cooling off in the sea, you can if you wish enjoy one of the many fiestas, for which Spain is renowned throughout the world. In the Moraira/Teulada region, you will find different fiestas take place throughout the year. In preparation, the local people bake, cook, make fabulous costumes and organise huge firework displays.An interesting excursion from Moraira is to take one of the jet skis from the seafront between the fish market and Moraira castle and go on a tour of the coastline as far as Cabo de la Nao, a headland that offers fabulous views towards Javea. Jetski rental costs 120 Eur. for the hour or 70 Eur. for 30 minutes. The excursions are from 9am till 11am and then from 11.30am till 1.30pm. To book in advance you can call 667 57 30 50 (they speak English). Go to Ermita de San Juan at El Portet and take one of the walks along the headland. On July 15th and 16th the patron Saint festivities in honour of the Mare de Déu del Desamparats and Mare de Déu del Carme are held in Moraira. FESTIVIDAD DE SAN VICENTE FERRER
The Teulada patron saint festival has a tight schedule of events, including street parades, concerts, open-air dances, bull runs, fireworks and morning petard awakenings.

Official and religious acts focus on Saint Vicent Ferrer, the most important being the procession that takes place on the Monday after Easter.

FIESTA DEL MOSCATEL
This is a festival for farmers, held after the muscatel grapes have been harvested and shipped off to domestic markets. Street dancing, muscatel wine tasting, and slide projections showing vineyard tending are scheduled. Events take place on the Avenida Las Palmas on the first or second Saturday in September.

The apartment offers studio accommodation with large double bed , sofa which turns into a double bed. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, with en-suite shower room & WC. The upper level has two double bedrooms, one twin room, one en-suite, one shower room. The lounge/diner has a comfortable leather sofa, table & chairs, sky TV, video and DVD. The fitted kitchen has fridge, freezer,dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob, and all cooking utensils. The villa has air conditioning & central heating. Linen, hand & bath towels are provided A cot and highchair is also provided and included in the price.

"Thank you for your help during our recent two week stay in the Villa Soleada. We had a wonderful time. The layout of the villa suited our needs perfectly. My son and his wife had a 4 month old baby, so the self contained apartment was perfect for them (no one else could hear the baby crying!!).
There was lots of room outside the villa for sunbathing and games, plus a nice sized swimming pool. This was quite important as there were 8 adults and 2 infants - we never got in one another's way. The outside bar and barbecue area was also a very popular facility." John Page sept 0/6
"Nine of us stayed in Raquel's villa in Moraira and enjoyed a brilliant holiday. The Villa was stunning, clean and had all the mod-cons we wanted. Outside the pool, bbq and basketball area made for much fun and games; it was just what we wanted.
The Villa is a very quick walk to some of the nicest restaurants in then town, and then into Moraira and it's beaches. We hired cars to get to the big supermarket and the water park in Moraira but you can get around easily enough without them.
All in all an excellent villa and Raquel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We're already planning our next trip with her!" Aug 0/6

Many thanks for the use of your lovely villa during the summer vacation. It was great to be away with my family and grandchildren and your villa was the 'icing on the cake'. We all had a great time making maximum use of the large pool area and I particularly loved the outside bar and barbecue area. The proximity to the beach and the good company in Titch's bar all added up to what turned out to be an excellent holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Soleada. The villa has all the facilities you would expect from a top-class accommodation. We have rented many times before in this area and would certainly consider returning here in the future. The villa is located in an excellent area - a few minutes walk from numerous bars & restaurants and beach and yet is totally private. The large pool is excellent and the layout surrounding the pool and orientation of the property meant that we could make full use of the sun for most of the day. Even though the weather was untypically poor during our stay it didn't spoil our holiday".

Had a fantastic time yet again!!! The Villa  was perfect, lots of space for our family, all 9 of them!!! The standard of accommodation was very high.
